Customer service has vastly improved in the last year or so, and the food is very good. Sandwiches are always fresh and hot (when appropriate!) I recommend the Portabella Philly Cheese for vegetarians like me. Keep it up, Mike’s!
Ordered online for pick up at window. Waited 33 minutes in line after pick up time...15 minutes at window before anyone acknowledged us...step it up!
There was a very rude customer (Karen) at the restaurant who was cussing and swearing at the workers. She claimed they got her meal wrong “multiple” times. She was also pointing fingers and making a mountain out of a mole hill. The manager acted on the situation very maturely and politely and asked for her to eat outside or somewhere away from the poor workers that were currently getting screamed at. The manager was very sweet about the whole thing and protected her workers and customers which is something that I admire very much.
Very delicious sub for going 75 miles to eat. I thought was spendy but will go again, though not as often as subway. Cost $41.50 for 2 footl long meals. Good but yikes.
First time at Jersey Mike's today. Was clean and staff was friendly. I enjoyed my sub but the bread was a little tough for me to bite through. Other than that it was fine.

So upset, not only did we do an online order and it was completely messed up and backwards to the point where we had to throw it away but when I tried calling like 15 different times there was absolutely no answer! Customer service is definitely NOT something they strive for!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!
