Their pizza is good overall but trying to order online is a huge hit and miss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm ordering online so I don't have to talk to people so there have been many of times that I just pick a different place to order from altogether.It tells us to pick a valid store which you put in your address and automatically does.
I am not a pizza person, but HOP could make me one. Only pizza I have ever enjoyed. Stop looking and order here!!P.S. The guy who answered the phone actually sounded like he wanted to be there and was very helpful.
This place is right in the center of town. Not bad to walk around. The pizza was quite good and the server was nice. Solid pizza.
Taco pizza was delicious. Their chicken strip are the best in town. Just lightly breaded and delicious.
The last 3 times I have been there (West location) just not the same taste anymore. Crust and sauce taste different now and not as hot and crispy. Have been eating their pizza for decades. Now a big disappointment. What happened?
So........I applaud the youngsters for effort. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken small pizza. Well, I requested a buffalo chicken with Jalapenos, they asked what sauce...red? I replied how about buffalo sauce with ranch? I got garlic alfredo. Okay, well typically, one would expect backed or roasted chicken, instead I received for the first time breaded chicken, like a chicken nugget......Um, what? Pizza was not good at all and have to give HOP and poor review on their buffalo chicken effort!!! Keep in mind House of Pizza is not cheap! I have o fail them at making a Buffalo Chicken Pizza that is worth digesting!
Creme cheese jalapeño pizza is amazing. Great GF crust too
This applies to looking for a job or even looking for some place to eat. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, management sucks, food is handled improperly, kitchen needs lots of maintenance. Absolutely embarrassing establishment.
Third time in a row that my order was wrong. Used to be great, and the quality is still good, but I'm not spending $60+ for two pizzas when they can't even get the order right. Very disappointed. Will not order from this location again.
Very good pizza, and the Zee chips( I think that is what they are called) was also very good.
