Great, fast-hot food. Really nice guy works there too, not sure his name but he's kind, a big gentle guy.
Tried ordering from doordash where they were listed as taking orders to 8pm. Order was canceled after about ten minutes for the reason "store is closed. " checked Google, says they're open. Called store, get an answer ask if they're open get told they're closed.
Zero stars. Unreal experience tonight. They made me wait, then finally took my order, and told me they'd have my total at the window. Only one car in front of me but it took at least 15 minutes to get there. Once I got there they tried to charge & give me someone else's order because my order..... never even came through. So after about 20 minutes of this disaster I left empty handed and went to the new Hardee's at the Loves gas station. Absolutely perfect experience. I'll save time and go there in the future instead.
Waited almost 30 minutes for food for 2 people,and paid almost $35. Apologies were given upon receiving food,and excuse was they had a new cook?! Christ,could went to Applebee's and oaid the same for much better food,service and quicker
The poor guy had to cook the order take the order and walk it out to our truck because the manager had to have a meeting in the lobby in front of all the people waiting! Great job to the employee, shame on the manager!!!
The food is usually very good. Unfortunately, the drive through takes way too long. This is not FAST FOOD.
I wish their business hours were a little more customer friendly but great service and great food good place
Today my husband went in to pick up food. The drive thru line was long and he noticed people getting frustrated and leaving. He went inside to order and noticed only three employees working. People should have more patience. I have worked in food service before and NEVER have I been on a 3 person team running a restaurant. To the people working today (April 17th) you are all rockstars.
They close at 7. On a Wednesday night in the spring. Their food is so bad they can’t even get business there so don’t give me that bull Schiesser about being great…yeah Hardee’s itself is a great company but this particular location is worthless and will be closed down pretty soon at this rate.
Line was very slow but the food was decent and the person at the window was friendly.
