out of a lot of stuff. food came burnt and underdone all at the same time. slow service... worst experience here ever
Came in on a Sunday morning. While it’s possible they were doing some catering work for the event next door, staffing in the restaurant was severely lacking. 2 servers trying to take on the whole floor, 20 minutes for us to get menus, and after 40 minutes of waiting for food we left. While the server was nice enough, he never came by to give us an update or explain that things are backed up.Also, probably should take down the trash cans off the bar top when you have patrons. Not very slightly, servers were putting plates of food next to them too. Management - do better.
Great food and very affordable. And the atmosphere is awesome. Great times spent with family!
On May 28th @ 7:08pmBrayden T. He was polite and got our waters and our order. It took over a hour to get our food, in that time frame we didn't know what was going on with our food. We we were debating on leaving. But it was my daughter's 25th birthday and she picked the place.The service was bad, 3 out of 4 meals were ok however the fourth one was a normal easy hamburger the meat was dry. The server did not come and check on us, he checked on us before he gave us our food. We waited and waited for the a MOD to check on everyone. I had to get up and look for our sever so we could pay. I explained everything to him and some other guy, who looked like a cook and he apologized as well as the other guy.
This restaurant was in our hotel in St. Cloud. Service and food was good and well prepared. The best dish was the exceptional lobster mac & cheese.
Very convenient, attached to convention hotel. Good location. Serves dinner until 10p, then bar food until midnight. I had managed my expectations and was prepared to over pay for mediocre food but was pleasantly surprised prices were reasonable and the food exceeded expectations. Had the baked chicken rigatoni - very good ? and the beer was cold ?
Attached to the Best Western Kelly Inn and convention center the restaurant was conveniently located and served dinner until 10pm which is super helpful for travelers. Mostly pasta and burgers on the menu. Managed my expectations and ordered the baked chicken rigatoni - it was surprisingly delicious. Sauce was nice, everything tasted homemade. Along with a cold beer I give the green mill ?. Staff/bartender was very nice and accommodating ??
The servers were friendly, and the restaurant was clean, but the food was way over cooked. When we asked for new fries, the server said it’s just the seasoning. We asked a second time for fries with no seasoning and received fries that were made in fresh oil, tasting much better. The calzone was cooked to a burnt crisp. Very disappointed and we will not be dining here again.
The quality of the food has substantially declined. We ordered 2 walleye dinners and a large pizza. The vegetables as the side dish were not even cooked but were left raw. The fish was very undercooked and cold. Additionally, our pizza was missing ingredients we paid extra for. Nearly $80 for a very poor experience and nearly inedible food.
Went there today for Easter buffet as a family. Tried to pay with Valu Connection certificates. Was told “we are not accepting those today.” It would have only covered 1/3 of our bill but they are for your restaurant. No where on your Facebook page, web page, or the valu connection does it say you would not honor these today. We will not be back!
