Amazing service! I ordered a bun, lettuce, and custard. I got them. The bun and lettuce where premiumly packed in stunning, colorful, and we’ll designed boxes. When I received the ice cream, it was neat with no drips on the sides, it was cold, otherwise it would be melted. Stunning establishment, would recommend.
The food here is outstanding!! They use high quality beef here, it is so delicious and great tasting. The cheese curds are very good too. The staff are super friendly and eager to serve you. The store is also super clean and well maintained. I was super impressed by the overall experience here. I highly recommend this place !!!
*** Edit 5/31/22. Well, what can I say. I hate to admit but I am the definition of elderly. The music at 2:00 PM was too loud. I honestly think the food was good, but overpriced. I can afford nearly $30 for hamburgers for myself and couple of my grandkids. I'm not sure that most parents could afford to take their kids there very often. But that's just me. My grandsons really like Freddy's. I guess it's an age thing. However, at least half the few guests were elderly. Just saying. Another old person thing... Young people, not everybody has been in your restaurant. So, slow down - for us grey hairs (like your grandparents) and talk clearly because the music is too loud for them to hear! I sort of had the impression that this is a drive-up place, or at least right then, in the middle of the afternoon, they're not expecting many people to eat in. Like most problems in customer service, the staff just doesn't get that they have to treat everybody like a family member, adjust for their age, and actually be helpful and friendly. It's not all about getting the job done quickly. *** Freddy's responded and asked for input on their website... Did that, no response. So, Duh, lowering my rating. Don't ask if you don't care.
The food was delicious! This was my and my girlfriends first time eating at a Freddy's and the staff was very helpful with suggestions on what to try and were very patient with us while we decided our order. They also told us about the "on hold" ability for the shakes. (So they don't make them right away and then they melt) it was so easy to do! All we had to do was bring our receipt up when we were ready for our shakes and they made them fresh right there for you! The food was wonderful but I think the most impressive thing was the price of our meals, especially in our economy now. For our two meals, with upgraded fries and an upgrade to a shake the bill was just barely over 30 dollars. TL:DR All in all great food and atmosphere, with friendly staff. Well worth a stop for lunch or dinner!
Absolutely spectacular food!!! First time going to this establishment with my mom and the food was amazing. The steak burgers are one of a kind and out of this world! The small crispy fries were a nice change from the regular fries in the area. Employees were all so nice and helpful and all seemed very happy.
Whatever else you order, get the French fries with a side of fry sauce. If you're familiar with Raising Cane's, it's oddly similar to their Cane's sauce, and the fries are like shoestring potatoes, which I'm personally fond of. Burgers look good, chicken sandwiches are pretty good, we regretted not getting any frozen custard. A solid place to get a bite to eat and some dessert.
First time here today. I went because the Google reviews were good. I ordered a “number 1” (Freddy’s original double with cheese). The fries weren’t bad, but I thought my burger was very salty. Also (and I do admit that I do not drink this terribly often), I thought my Cherry Pepsi, which I got ice-free, was a bit flat.
drive thru only. Can't pick up a food order. My vehicle doesn't fit in their drive thru. Prices for a fast food burger meal here are ridiculous. ????
The burger was ok. The service was sub par and that's putting it lightly.First off, they were out of the beverage flavor I wanted, out of onion rings, and out of cups. They gave me my drinks in a cup that was the same size as my coffee cup at home.Second, they didn't even mark the difference in the Cherry Pepsi I ordered (which ended up being a diet Pepsi that I didn't order) and the Pepsi that was ordered so we had to guess at which one was which.Third, we asked for no pickles and onions and they had both on them. This isn't a big problem but the guy actually clarified this on the intercom and still got it wrong.Fourth, the container for the fries were only half full.Not a good start for a first time customer. Not sure I would come back if this is what they call service.
I strictly come here as a service delivery driver to pickup food orders. Everytime I come to pickup an order, I am never left hanging! :) They always check-in and ask me right away if I'm picking up, if the order isn't ready. But 9/10 the orders are always ready! So I'm in and out in a breeze, but if there is a wait it's never more than 3 minutes. Very delivery driver friendly!! Thank you for the consistently amazing experiences! You guys rock! ???⚡
