Ordered a a meal for 50$ with the tip. At 6:56pm was told delivery Round 7:30pm. Called at 7:40pm making sure everything was okay. I was told soup wasn't ready and will be leaving 5 minutes. Call again at 8:15pm was told it didn't leave yet due soup not being done. Call back at talked to Gary ( only person to say his name) 8:17pm to see if I can just come pick up, he said the driver left 5mintues ago with our food. Don't order food for delivery it's a jokeUpdate: called back at 8:30 still no food, spoke Gary again to cancel our order. He said he would have to call the driver, I said to cancel the order.
I ate here with a friend for a meeting. The food is really good and people working there were very nice.
Ordered at 10:44 pm for a delivery at 12 pm and didn’t come until 12:25. I only have a half hour lunch so I didn’t even get to eat it. I was put on 4th for delivery (taking 4 deliveries at the same time????). Poor timing and no punctuality.
I love E&G! This downtown location has good service and even better staff! The delivery driver, Patrick is phenomenal. They missed the onion on my sandwich and instantly brought a new one out to me, no questions asked.
Really good for the money. Nobody can beat the $6 lunch.
Was bummed they didn't have what I wanted, but what I got instead was really good too. Friendly staff. Bravo!
Will not be ordering from them again. My last two orders have been mediocre and always missing items but tonight was the last straw. I ordered a simple sandwich at 7:30 pm. They called me 45 minutes later to cancel the order because they got a rush - right after I ordered - and their delivery driver is unable to make it to me. I am currently a 5 minute walk down the street from them, but can't leave because i am working. There is no reason one of their employees couldn't have walked it down.
