I went here with a friend hoping to enjoy some concrete mixers. When we ordered the food the lady talking our orders was very rude. When reserving the first concrete mixer we found a long hair in it. After telling the Culver’s crew they remade it and it was very soupy. As I received the second concrete mixer that was supposed to have brownie, cheesecake, and caramel that did not in fact have anything I asked for. But I did not know that yet. I took a bite and got a mouth full of peanut butter and Reese. I am in-fact allergic to peanuts. I went up and told the lady making the mixers. And said “we’ll that’s not what my screen says” and process to say I ordered wrong. Although I am grateful I realized it was peanut butter before I ate to much to have a huge reaction . 100 percent would never recommend here!! If I could give a zero I would.
Employees and manager are rude. I've stopped there for 2 weeks straight at one point and ordered the same exact thing and they got it wrong every single time. Cheesecake mixer with extra cheesecake bites on the side... Simple right? Every time I either got charged for the extra cheesecake bites but then they didn't put ANY in the actual mixer, OR they wouldn't give me the bites on the side. I explained it in detail and still they would mess it up. When I told them they had it wrong the manager got an attitude and told me they couldn't do it because the bites cost extra. I explained when people order stuff they already know that they have to pay for what they order, I didn't ask to get them for free. Just bad experience over and over for me.
The only downfall is the drive thru, it blocks their parking lot for those who want to dine in Culver's is still one of the best fast food chains if you need to grab food and go etc.. Traveling I recommend Culver's
I came here and received amazing customer service! The girl at the window was very kind and considerate. She even offered me napkins for my drinks! 10/10 recommend! :)
It all began with a parking lot. This is where I first was. Then, I entered the restaurant. It didn't matter that I hate this city and have terrible emmories attatched to this stretch of highway. Everything was different when I entered. Here, is where I found a punctual and astute staff member who described the veggie burger to me, "yellow... golden when grilled." To make a long story short, I was also golden when grilled.My mother liked how they sectioned off the resturaunt. She's a little old fashioned but we give her the benefit of the doubt.The beverages reminded my step father of the Fridley water treatment plant.My uncle had the potatoes.Check this place out if looking for St Cloud/ Sauk Rapids hot spots for singles. Ok I know they are known for there burgers but OMG the fish !! Yumm … it is always clean the service is fast and friendly I am always greeted when I walk in . I have never left unhappy would definitely recommend!
Only spent 10 minutes from when I pulled in to the time I got my food and it tasted really good love this location. Also even when the line is long I have yet to have my order messed up :)
I love culver's! Their food is delicious. The cashew chicken salad is my favorite besides the concrete ice cream mixers lol
Super friendly and helpful staff. Food on point. Shrimp cooked perfectly. French fries nice and hot. Coleslaw was crispy and delicious. Staff checked on us to see if we needed anything. All staff greet and say goodbye. Clean bathroom.
Culvers has the best icecream ok ok I meant to say Custard. Get what ever you like, but vanilla and snickers is the best!
