Loved the freshness the size, their process..so much so that I went on-line a few days later in a job search. I see a Bakers Position! I've been here for 2 months now and enjoy every mistake..just kidding.
I used the app to order ahead. I placed the order at 8:18, arrived at 8:35. I waited until I was told to go in by the app. I then was ignored by the worker, who gave out 5 other orders before mine. A group that ordered after me in store got their order before me. On top of that, I was given the wrong order at first after waiting 12 minutes to even get asked if I had a pickup order.Customer service is simple, ask questions when someone looks like they waiting. I did what I was supposed to by ordering ahead and waiting to go into the store. I'm pretty frustrated with my experience. There was no apology from the worker either for the wait or for giving the wrong order.

Love the refreshingly filling and delectable cookies. They keep it fresh by offering new flavors each week. Meanwhile, the beloved chocolate chip is still available year round.
EXCEPTIONAL!!! Cookies melt in your mouth... So good! I ordered 4 cookies... 2Hazelnut churro?, 1 brownie, 1 Chocolate Chip. I'm gonna OVERDOSE on these cookies!!! Can't recall the 2 in my photos

Would have been nice to actually eat a cookie. Ordered thru app for delivery. Out of one kind. No biggie. Ordered 6 others. 10 min after my order was suppose to arrive, the DD driver texted me they were out of 2 other flavors. You carry 6 flavors and are out of 3? Not impressed. I’ll wait for my refund
I had a box of cookies delivered to a friend who has been sick and they arrived exactly on time. My friend wasn’t home but the driver called me and was so polite and asked me what to do. We made a plan and my friend was so surprised and happy when she arrived home to find her cookies! The Cookies were yummy and beautifully wrapped just as I ordered! Thank you so much!
Delicious cookies but their customer service could use work. It would be nice if they’d even say “welcome to Crumbl” or something when guests come in. Also, I saw a poor lady standing at the counter because she hadn’t been there before and didn’t know how to order-not one worker even glanced her way for like 5 minutes so I ended up helping her. This shouldn’t happen!
Love this place! Cookies are always excellent. Had the Oreo, peanut butter, classic sugar and banana cream pie cookies last time and I can’t wait to go back. Only downside was the covid restrictions on the number of people inside so there were about ten of us waiting outside in the cold. Obviously wouldn’t have been an issue if it was warm out!! Highly recommend.
