Fantastic, premium ice cream shop with very friendly and helpful staff. Expect the price to reflect an above average experience.
The only place where I buy birthday cakes and ice cream.
The ice cream as always was delicious. The environment, however, less than satisfactory. All tables were sticky and dirty. Garbage over flowing. Some garbage around the tables on the floor. The top of the viewing cases were spotty with melted ice cream and food crumbles.The 5 young females working were goofing around by throwing add ons for ice cream at each other while customers were inside eating. One tossed cookie dough and it fell into the tray where they scrap the ice cream into when done mixing and still put it in the ice cream they were mixing up. With 5 girls working there should be plenty of time to clean up and keep this place tidy. I am not one to normally leave bad reviews or even less than great ones but this is not ok, especially during current times where cleanliness is hyper-enforced. ---- update much cleaner and better, friendlier service!!
Got the medium size, it wasn't full, the ice cream was runny, didn't put half the toppings in it that were in the signature selection. Paid cash, when giving back our change the girl just folded it and shoved it at us. There was no hello, thank you, or any kind of acknowlegment at all. When my husband complained about the lack of toppings she got snottyso my husband asked for his money back, which was folded up and shoved at him and she walked away. Poor customer service on her part.
It's good the staff is friendly wish they still had the marshmallow cream. Easier to eat then marshmallows with some missing teeth but its still good.
I went here a couple of weeks ago and Javier helped me make the best ice cream combination I've ever had. I was so happy with what I got and he gave excellent service definitely coming back!
It was an amazing experience the owner of the place greeted me and it was very friendly! and the customer service was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! the best ice cream I've had in a while!!!!
Great selection of ice creams and delicious combos. It was really busy when we went - a good sign. They scoop your order in front of you with metal scoops (I don't think they were wearing gloves - I didn't pay close attention). They bring your scoop to a cold stone where they mix in additional ingredients (brownie chunk, sprinkles, peanut butter, etc.) and put it in your bowl or waffle. They have cakes in a cooler next to the check out, as well.I ordered a medium Peanut Butter Perfection in a waffle bowl. I was full after eating the ice cream. They have bottled pop and water for those who need a drink after eating ice cream.Staff were young folks but still kept a smile on during the rush.?

The best ice cream around and it's not even close. Many options and reasonably priced.
