We went to eat here today, not at a lunch time. The line was super long and it took forever to get up to order. While our food turned out fine, we were going to dine in and every single table was dirty with pieces of food on them and the garbages were so full that previous people had to just set there finished garbage on the wood tops next to the garbage. I had to take a napkin with water and clean a table so we had somewhere clean to eat. The prep space was also super dirty with fallen food and the new juices were completely out. I don't know who manages this place but you gotta start keeping a cleaner place, this is a place where food is served. My husband said this was the worst Chipotle he had ever been in. Next time we will go to the other location.
Staff was swamped on a Friday during dinner. Good was cold by the time we made it through the line. The fancy new Limeade things weren't even made and the ice dispenser was bone dry. I've had good experiences here in the past but this location seems to be struggling lately.
Portion are not near what they should be plus the shifty attitude from staff serving ?. The trash cans are over filled to a point people are putting everything on the floor there is no napkins available and so far everything that has a surface has salsa or food on it please don't come here. I wonder who the management is. Hopefully they read this
12:10pm pickup time. Showed up at 12:19pm. My order didn’t hit the shelf till 12:32pm. Not to mention, 15 other ppl were waiting besides me. This has happened multiple times… and this is the way I received my product today. I refuse to support this location anymore. It’s ridiculous.
Ordering was great, everyone was nice until I got to the to the checkout today. The lady there doodled on my burrito instead of checking me out and when I scanned the app at the QR code reader and paid she accosted me telling me that I used the app wrong, when she never gave any indication of when I should use the app. Just ringing me up then telling me the price. The service here is usually great and I have no problem with most of the staff but this time it was a problem for some reason.
This place always messes up your online order, my sister once ordered me an online order of a veggie bowl, this people put all chicken and veggies without any rice, I had to go back in and ask them to fix my order which took so much of my time. They never fail to disappoint us every time we place an online order, like you have to be at the store and watch them fix your bowl for you to get the right order ??
Made an online order and they were 25 minutes behind. Out of chips And was told I can only get a refund online. And of course as usual tables were filthy. Not the place that used to be.
I would give this location less stars if I could. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered here both online & in person over the last year and it has been awful. I either wait an additional 30 minutes for my online order or my order is put together in person with as little care as possible. The last time I was in there will be my last. 90% of the people working there could not care less. Super rude. I’m not asking for excellent customer service, but my food not to dragging on the counter would be nice.
This chipotle is really starting to decline. It's unfortunate, because we love chipotle, but the last 3 times we have been there, the tables were dirty, the prep space was dirty, and the various juice drinks they had were almost all out. This was not at a rush hour time. Many places are struggling with staffing, so I understand the struggle, but it was enough for us to question the food safety practices. We left and went to around the corner to LeeAnn Chin instead. Their restaurant was clean, customer service was great, and the food was stocked.
