This is the second time I’ve walked out after waiting 10 plus minutes for the slow employees to keep the line moving. They show no motivation to increase their speed and honestly the quality of the food doesn’t warrant waiting a half hour to eat there
Everytime I order from here (online) I have to wait at least 20-45 mins past the original “promised” date. The workers don’t seem like they have a sense of urgency. Highly disappointed
Love this Chipotle location! The service is friendly always greeted with a smile! The food is made to order and fresh! The past few times I have eaten here I have been very impressed by a teenage gal with dark curly hair. She had mentioned she was a new hire but I was impressed by her friendliness and helpfulness. I watched her help an older woman who wasn’t sure what to order and the kindness and attention she gave this customer was really great! I know they are super busy but this young gal always is helpful and friendly ! She deserves a raise! My family and I love this place!!
Ordered online for pickup. Ordered Carnitas, got chicken, or what was supposed to be chicken. It was really just a giant glob of hard chicken fat. Got white rice instead of brown rice and half of the lettuce is brown and rotten. 5 of us ordered and everyone's orders was wrong. You cant even get ahold of a real person when you call to try and straighten out what happened. I will not be back!
Pre-ordered three hard shell tacos. Received three broken up tacos shells which basically makes it a bowl with tortilla wraps since the shells were soggy. The workers who were doing the takeout orders were completely unprofessional and acting as if it was a kindergarten project.One of the workers who were handling the food at the front had her hair completely down. Which can be a risk hair strands getting into customer’s food.This location was decent once before. Now, the guarantee of quality orders has lessen.
Chipotle used to be a bi-weekly Saturday order for me. It was absolutely my favorite Mexican food in the city. The last 2 months, the quality of the food has been absolute trash. Today I immediately threw out the side of guac because it was a couple shades above black. The chips were a mix of hard and chewy. The bowl was half full despite ordering and paying for 3 types of extras. Since I received my order pretty quickly, my only assumption is they are using old, stale food for delivery orders.Save your money. Go to Gilberto's. You deserve better
My husband and I have frequented this location a ton over the years. Ordering in person is never an issue for us. We recently moved 30 minutes away and we now order online to pick it up. Every single time we have ordered online one of our entrees is completely wrong. Last time it was so wrong I decided we will not order from this location anymore. Extremely disappointing to drive 30 minutes to recieve the wrong food over and over again.
It's a shame that the general manager and managers can't do a proper job at training their coworkers to wrap a proper burrito. If it's not wrapped properly the whole burrito tastes off. On top of that there was no sense of urgency when doing the second part of the burrito the guy acted high and slow the whole time he was making it. The General Manager needs to get their act together because the chipotle I knew growing up had higher standards then this.
We placed an online order for pickup, which is usually really fast when we’ve gone to other chipotle restaurants, but we ended up waiting 30+ minutes for our food. People walking in off the street we’re getting their food made before us, and there was a line of people just for online order pickup. We love chipotle, we just won’t be going back to this location.
The kid working the meat/front of the line section this evening (and several evenings before) was super rude, made a mess and when I politely asked for something rolled his eyes and gave attitude about my order. This guy has acted this way every time I've been there when he's working and I see him doing it to other customers too. It doesn't matter how nice you are to this kid, he acts the same exact way. I've worked in customers service and food industry before so I know the frustrations that come with working that type of job but this kid's behavior is completely out of line. Getting to the point where I will drive an extra 20 minutes across town to the other chipotle where the people who work there are friendly if I see he's working. Completely amazed that a worker can have that kind of disregard and disrespect for the people who come in to this establishment like we are an inconvenience to him.
