I come to this location at least 3 times a week. I order app and walk over and get it. They are just finishing as I come in and are quick to greet me. The order is akwys accurate and great

Ordered a iced vanilla mocha but she handed me a matcha instead that clearly was not what I asked for had to repeat order 6 times
I often help out my homeless friends and this is one of the places that still welcomes them. Even provided water and hot water with no charge.
New store and knowing staff is overwhelmed and underpaid. The staff is friendly I give them that but they couldn't get a simple coffee with cream and sugar right. I am sure to return. The store is clean and so welcoming on a winter's day. It looks so comfy in there. I love how it looks.
Waiting at the intercom for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Pulled ahead thinking they just didn’t know I was there. Two cars ahead of me and we waited for another 20 minutes before the girl in front of me called the store to ask if they were open. Finally two girls came out from the back and started making drinks. After paying I waited another FIFTEEN MINUTES for 2 teas and a sandwich and still nothing. Finally called the store and asked someone to come to the window. Asked for a refund, she gave my money back and still no drinks. I left. 40 minutes of my life wasted. Very embarrassing for this new location.
Newer location. This was the best customer service I have ever gotten from a caribou coffee! Way to go. Keep up the great work! The woman in the drive-through even did a sincere thank you for the tip. I will choose this Caribou coffee here over the other two locations in St. Cloud from now on ?
Never once have I had a drink made correctly at this location -- to make it worse if you ask for no whipped cream the drink is only half way full. It is ridiculous and I am so sick of poorly made coffee with rude staff. Never going back to this one again.
I have been trying to give this caribou a chance since it opened out of convenience. The wait times are ridiculous, and as some other people have posted I also have received drinks where the cup is half full. The drink I order is not complicated, but as someone who has gone to caribou nearly everyday for over 12+ years I know when it is missing the extra shot.
