Today I went at 3PM and it was closed; no signs up saying why, tons of people trying to go through the drive-thru, but no one was there. This is the second time this happened in the past week; the last time, there was a sign up saying the lobby would be closed but the drive thru would be open. However, when I went through the drive-thru there was no one there and when I pulled up to the window, the one worker in the building wouldn't even look my way. Used to be such a great place but can't give it a good recommendation if they're never open, especially when they say they will be.
I can’t believe the service I got today. Well ordering the girl taking my order kept telling me to hold on in a rude manner. I got my bagel not toasted came toasted. Order my drink no whip came with whip cream. Order a water as well and did not receive that. Dress code for there job should be check one employee with blond hair you could see her whole belly well everyone else was dressed appropriate.
My friend and I stopped here on the way to the eunestone museum in Alexandria. I ordered a turtle mocha cooler and he ordered a nitro latte with milk. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job making our order. You do have to go through the drive through unless you have a online order pick up. I am happy with this location. Caribou is my favorite coffee shop by far.
I hate giving this low of stars to a caribou but it's horrible. Ordered ahead on the app to pick up. When we arrived shortly after ordering we discovered someone else had taken our drinks. Not the staffs fault but what happened after was. When we noticed someone else had our drinks and had his fingers all over the drink opening there was no way we were going to accept those drinks. He brought them up and I politely told them to please make new ones. Instead of good customer service they looked at me like I said something completely horrible and then the other worker looked at our drinks and said these are fine why do we need to remake them? Heard of COVID? Heard of I don't want to drink something someone else put their fingers all over? Let alone took a drink of! They're rude workers just rude. Wouldn't recommend getting your coffee here. The one in the parking lot of the mall is a 1000x better. I recommend you get your coffee there before entering the mall
Idk what states that don't have Caribou do! Your coffee actually tastes like coffee, unlike Starbucks, which is a fad. So coffee enthusiasts like me know what coffee should taste like.
Incredibly friendly staff and great drinks of course. They're a little short staffed and are only taking mobile and drive through orders, so keep that in mind. I'm sure they'll be up and running fully staffed as soon as they can!
New location is great! Right off of Hwy 55 and the service is great and fast! There was a long line and we stll received our coffee and breakfast sandwiches quickly. We were on our in a very short time! Love the new Caribou location!
Great coffee as always... Caribou is superior to the bucks imo also super friendly staff. Crafted Press with a shot of sugar free Caramel fills the craving for coffee with a bit of sweet without overloading with sugar and carbs.
I did not like how they did the tip. She stuck the machine out the window but I couldn’t see the screen and she just told me what buttons were what %. After I tipped she became rude so I don’t think I tipped her enough for her liking…
