Service was fast, friendly, and the food and drinks were great! Plus they have a nice little outside seating area.
My daughters favorite is the coffee less cooler and they don't have the stuff to make it anymore. The staff there made something special for her that day and these ladies made a 13 years day way better! This place never disappoints me!!
Overall very good. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't comment on that but the hot chocolate is very good. The reason for the 3 is that the employees that I have had serving me are so sour faced and not even greeting customers with a smile. I have been there when busy and when not busy so that is not the issue. I know that some customers can be jerks but if you work in a service industry you need to let that go and move on to the next interaction. Obviously if someone is harassing or abusive that is not ok. I hope the manager(s) are supporting their team members so they can be more positive with their customers.
I'll skip over the fact that the employee who prepared my drink was talking on their cellphone the entire time I was in the store (including touching the screen with their free hand while they made my drink) and just say the medium Iced Crafted Press was 6 or so swallows of coffee and a whole lot of ice. Pretty disappointing!
The staff are friendly and awesome. The coffee is fresh and yummy. The place is always clean.
Great service, no drive through so it's a lot more personal if a process. Friendly workers and an amazing scene.
Never had coffee from this place or have I ever been into it. Must have driven by there on the way to somewhere else.
I kind of wished that they had ketchup tho I didn't ask ?
