Waitress nearly mowed me over when being seated. Took 50 minutes to get our food. Chicken was slightly salty. Chicken sandwich was the size of a slider. Fries? Half the normal portion you get from restaurants. I don't eat much so I either take a lot to go or leave restaurants very sick. I left here slightly hungry. Waitress wasn't the most attentive.

It took the wait staff over 20 minutes to get us our beverages when we got seated. You had 8 employees just standing around looking for something to do. It then took over 45 minutes to get our food order placed, if I was management I would have just closed the doors for it was that bad.. I will not be returning to this location again. The food quality has definitely went down hill as well. If they plan to stay open maybe a restructuring is in order. Total time wasted2:29 minutes. And to think it was not even busy.. such a disappointment.

Bathroom had tp all over the floor. Paper towel in sink and all over the floor. Southern chicken sandwiches were 10 minutes after other food. Sandwiches were soggy not crispy. Cole slaw was runny.Really gone down hill! Especially for the $$. Very disappointed. Father's day supper.

I am an I.C. as a service delivery driver. I used to come here on a daily to pick up orders to deliver.. but I have recently had to take a set-back. On call, when we get an order we have a 10 minute window to pick up the food- but the expected pickup time should be when we arrive. So upon arrival, I have 10 minutes or it's no longer within my pay range and I will be losing money. When I first started delivering and not knowing any better, I was often at this restaurant waiting 25-45 minutes for a delivery. That's realistically, in smaller words... $6 WAGE PER HOUR NOT INCLUDING GAS. Nobody wants to waste time for that. I have stopped coming here all together, I have chanced it a few times thinking "maybe this time I'll get lucky..." and that has yet to happen. Make delivery drivers a better priority, or don't expect anyone to be taking your orders on route. This isn't acceptable for those striving to pay their bills and feed our families.

For an appetizer we ordered the muddy tater tots or whatever they are called, they are covered with pulled pork covered in barbecue sauce, cheese sauce, the other good things they put on, the peppers were a little spicy for us and we had to push them off to the side. It's the first time we had eaten at Buffalo wild wings and we took advantage of the buy one order of traditional wings get one half price. we got the honey barbecue and they were very good! We think we will try and go again in the future!

My fiance and I came here on a simple date. When we got seated, we weren't waited until another 20 minutes. Since it took so long, we already knew what we were going to order. Another 25 mins have passed, and we didn't get our drinks. So, when our waitress walked by, we asked for our drinks. She gave him his drink but forgot mine. Our food showed up, and when we bit into it, it was cold. My fiance got angry and spoke with the manager, and he said they could quickly whip up our food again if we could hang around and wait. We decided we were only going to pay for his drink and leave. The manager apologized for the situation and told us that they would send out a gift card for 25 bucks. About 2 months later, we got the gift card, and about 2 months after receiving the gift card, we decided to just do a pick up for our food. When we got there to pay for our food, the balance on the card was only 3 bucks. My fiancé was super angry. We haven't used the card. It was still wrapped in the receipt that it came with in the mail. We love the food, but this is such a disappointment, and we won't be coming back here ever.

UPDATE: I added 2 stars because someone from BWW actually called me to apologize for the experience and address the concerns. They were very nice about it and another manager followed up on the missing refund which has now been processed. Mistakes happen, I'm glad to see this place owns theirs and makes them right.Sat and waited over 20 mins for a pickup order (placed shortly after they opened) watching cooks sit on their cellphones instead of making food for the customers. About 4 other people were also waiting while these guys sat on their phones. Previously had an order messed up 2 weeks ago and was assured it would be refunded. It has not been. I love the wings here, but the service and accuracy are lacking at this location.

If you order from here, prepare yourself for a total gamble. I've had times where it was fine, times where I got home and opened it up just to find that half of it was wrong, and just today had an instance where I asked for 5 little sides of ranch which I figured was plenty, just to find out 3 of them had literally a teaspoon worth in. I sent a picture to some friends and they all said "what the?!" Where has the quality control gone???

Good food but pick up curbside is terrible I sat in the parking lot waiting half hour for a person to bring my order no one did I had to go in to get it and they were surprised I was waiting and the guy handed me my order tipped my to go pop on it’s side when he handed it to me caused me to get pop on my hand and made mess I had to ask for napkin.

Had a bad experience was sitted and no one came to take our drink order for about 10 min and finally someone came but didn't bring the drinks. But the waiter assigned to the table came and dropped of straws and laughed saying "someone already took your order have a good night"waited another 10 min still no drinks and no one came to our table. Finally got up and left. I understand people are short staffed but in this case there was enough waiters/ waitress but lack of communication.
