Horrible presentation of food that made it un- appetizing. The manager made it seem as if it was an acceptable practice. My broccoli was tremendously over cooked and the mash potatoes came in two separate lumps. Will not patronize again and will suggest you choose another establishment as I see similar reviews.
Went to have lunch there with family waitress was fantastic my only regret was they took stuff off the menu and don't have diet Mt.Dew which our family drinks ...
We were seated right away. The server was very courteous. Everyone was happy with their meal.
It honestly feels like the quality of food and service is rapidly declining every new visit our family has taken to this establishment. There are still a few fine wait staff workers that do make it worth the trip, but good luck, it's a hit or miss on getting them.
Excellent service from our server, Tiffany and the General Manager, Jim Alvord. Our son is a HUGE Tom Cruise fan and they both were so kind to gift him a TOP GUN: MAVERICK t-shirt after our dine in visit.
The service was good. The drinks and appetizers where really good. Great place you go late at night for food and drinks. Will definitely go back for lunch, dinner and any other time.
First visit ever to this location. Nice atmosphere, not too busy for Sat. lunch, but our server could have been a bit more attentive. He brought our drinks out right away and we asked him to come back in a minute or 2. Ten minutes later we were still waiting for his return. I asked him if he forgot about us, he shrugged shis shoulders and smiled. He did come back once after he brought our food but never asked if we we needed our beverages refilled or wanted dessert or anything else. I had a Bacon Chicken sandwich and it was very good.
Good service. The quesadillas were good. They were out of Angry Orchard though. Berry flavored Truly seltzer was a light, refreshing alternative. Now finding it only has 100 calories.
Kat was an amazing server. Food tasted great, and the drinks were super tasty. Loaded mashed potatoes and the Parm topping on the 12 oz ribeye was to die for. Thanks again for the awesome trip. Will be back soon.
In my world if I wasn't taken advantage of after the date or had a fiasco erupt in the middle of the service it's a 5 star day for me. I've been lucky to always come to Applebee's & whether I wait an HOUR or not, the world does NOT revolve around me so wait time literally means nothing as long as our server is attentive, kind & concise. The atmosphere is always beautiful & homey in a cozy way & that's all there is. Keep your business at your own table & tip your servers & cooks accordingly but I hope the servers also remember many of their customers have been in their place so know if your tip is low it's usually because of the amount of time they had to wait. You may not notice but they do.
