Ordered a hot chai & butter croissant. There was a blonde hair baked into the croissant - luckily I saw it before taking a bite. I was so disgusted that I couldn't stomach the thought of what might be in my chai so I just gave the fairly kind staff their food (refund was offered but I declined) and left. Gross.
So delicious and the baristas are friendly and helpful! Awesome menu with original and creative drinks! Also the espresso served over vanilla ice cream…I mean ?????

honestly was really not thrilled with this place! the only redeeming factor is that their ham and cheese crossaints are good.I did not enjoy the burrito, lavender latte had no flavor and the vibes were superrrr weird in there. it was full of ppl and pin drop quite. me and my friend had to whisper to eachother to have a convo. not rlly trying to go there again!
Awesome little coffee shop! I had The Selby, my friend had The Hamline and they were both delicious. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back!

Their Black Eagle espresso machine is legit—sought after by professional baristas, and a clear indication of this place’s commitment to quality. Support this local coffee shop that’s doing it RIGHT!
I love the cappuccino, the only thing better is the staff from the Batistas to the owner John all go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

One of the nicest baristas around! I love the atmosphere and go here to read or work with a cuppa joe on the regular. Cozy place and great location (for me). The coffee isn't my absolute favorite, but very drinkable, and I have a particular taste preference that might be peculiar to me. I expect most people will find the coffee to be great. I love Yellowbird!
