The cashier doesn't accurately take orders and then is rude when you correct her. Absolutely no smiling or concern to get anything right. The customers after me had a hard time with her too! I said I wanted a kids meal 4 piece chicken nuggets and then she rang it up and then excused herself to go say something to somebody and came back and then I asked her if the kids meal came with a drink and then she asked me if I wanted a kids meal. I thought I had just ordered that! Turns out she had originally thought I was just ordering a side of 4 chicken nuggets. When I came back up with the receipt to correct her she had an attitude with me.
I was driving motorcoach this day an had to park an wait for group. I went here cause place looked nice. I ordered burger fries an drink. Place was very clean an AC was on. Felt nice. Food was great. I do give 5 ?! I do hope to come back.
First time eating breakfast there pretty good. I ordered sausage, eggs, cheese meal came with potatoes wedges and my drink was pineapple and mango. Didn't take pictures of my meal.
Come here once a month and always get a chili. Workers are ok and I always get my order correct. Best fast food burgers in the area, fresh beef makes all the difference.
Im a doordasher, the old white man manager yelled at me for standing in pick up area instead of the ordering line (I'm not ordering, im picking up a doordash order). This isn't the first time I encountered this man and his unprofessionalism and rudeness. But this will be the last, I have submitted a formal complaint and won't be coming here anymore for orders or personal orders as I advise any of you to do the same (both customers and fellow dashers).
Horrible. Asked for another drink carrier to support all of the large drinks.. They told me they'd have to charge me. Every other place I've picked up orders.. it's not an issue. They refused to give me the drinks and wouldn't open the drive thru window. NIGHTMARE
Slid thru about 1:30a this morning, asked and was told close at 2a (google had them as already closed). Ordered 10 piece nuggets combo and Jr bacon burger. Ate a couple nuggets while driving and could instantly tell they had been sitting and probably refried, get home and they looked just as gross as they tasted, fries stale, the burger looked decent but was cold. If you stay open till 2a serve the food the way you would if it was the lunch rush don’t give me no nasty stale food because you don’t want to do your job and have the audacity to charge me full price! I gave three stars because generally I have no issues with this location when I go during the day/evening but next time I go that late/early I will sit there and check my food. Just ugh.
Used Wendy's app to order food. I was charged and giving a order # . Once I got to the store I was told my order was not in their system and therefore it doesn't exist even though I had the proof that I paid. I was told it doesn't matter. Needles to say l left without my food or money. The order # clearly shows what I ordered instead of making the food I paid for they just pocketed my money SMH
The guy on duty had the worst customer service I've ever seen. He was very rude and short with my husband when he received the wrong order and told him since he ordered by phone it wasn't his problem. The French fries were old and soggy.
I discovered the apple pecan salad and have been an ardent fan since January 2022. I do not usually do fast food but this salad is perfection to me.I must also give credit to the wonderful tiny Latina woman at the take-out window. I only go through the drive-through so I have seen her multiple times. She is always smiling, welcoming, and polite. She recognizes me now and I have to say her smile and demeanor make my whole day better. I wish I could tip her but all I know to do is tell the world how much she adds to the public image of Wendy's on Suburban. Thank you, sweet woman, thank you.
