Wonderful tea time. Everything was scrumptious. The tea was amazing. Service was perfect.
Extremely convenient and cool location.The Hotel has a lot of history behind it, but the rooms weren't worth the price (I do understand the price compared to location, etc.) The room was immaculately clean, though. Just not as big as we thought it'd be for what we paid.The staff were fabulous, and extremely friendly. They are the primary reason why we'd return.All in all, a very fun place to visit.
Weddings in Minnesota don’t get any more elegant or classy than the Saint Paul Hotel! If you are looking for a timeless, luxurious feel to your wedding, this location won’t disappoint. From the ornate decor, to the doorman at the front door, the Saint Paul Hotel does it at its best! There are endless places to take photos both inside and outside of the hotel. I absolutely love photographing weddings there!
We all LOVE hotels with restaurants, lively bars and windows that open in the bed rooms to allow in fresh air! Supe location and friendly staff. Valet team always professional as well. A shout out to Bruce and Molly and all the Front Desk team!
The hotel is impeccable... but it does not meet that you get to treat the guests as if they are not welcome, with a sense of arrogance and entitlement. The staff (reception AND room service) were not helpful or accommodating at all, they gave misleading information regarding prices on the phone and then something else when I came to pay, until I showed them the online price and they matched it without apologizing. They charged me for something I did not order and overall were not friendly at all. As I was trying to make my stay comfortable and needed a 2h earlier check in (2 instead of 4) they said that they can't guarantee it even if I pay extra, that I should either book for an extra night to insure I have the room or 2h early or to book somewhere else that has earlier check ins (most places are at noon). Overall very bad experience.
Staff is the most helpful I have ever had at a hotel. We have stayed countless times at the St. Paul, and we continue to return for the experience and quality. Super quick walk to the children's museum, science museum, and lots of good restaurants. The place we always try to stay when in the Twin Cities.
Clean, comfy and excellent staff! The bartender made me an excellent birthday drink and made us feel so welcomed! I never opened up the door to outside as there was always a staff present to do so. And valet was quick and easy!
Beautifully cared for property. Clean and shiny at every turn. The staff was gracious, attentive and helpful in every way. We stayed in a block for a wedding. Grateful for the hot shower, iron, generous closets, room coffee comfy beds.
The St. Paul Hotel is one of my favorite places to stay anywhere in the United States, From arrival to departure you are treated as a special guest. There is nothing hurried about you stay. I love the old world charm of the lobby and the quiet and comfort of the guest rooms. There is no place I would rather stay when in the Twin Cities.
Great staff. Great environment. Everyone was helpful with a great attitude. Convenient location just ever so slightly tucked away. Fragrant flowering bush at the entrance. Valet parking. Room service was top notch.
