Horrible. I drove from New Brighton to go to this Taco Johns and it was horrible. I ordered 4 soft shells with sour cream, 4 without, 1 with no cheese and 3 oles. I was even asked to confirm the order when I got to the window. $28 later I get home and am missing 2 tacos plus all that is in the tacos we do have was a smear of meat and all 3 orders of oles were hard and dry. I also realized when I got home that the crabby kid at the window didn’t give me my change. Absolutely horrible. I will never go back.

After multiple minutes of trying to get a response at the drive up, I pulled up to the window and gave my order. The women at the window said her manager said I had to go back around to the drive up before they would take my order. There was one person ahead of me sitting at the window when we drove up and finally one person pulled up behind me while I was waiting at the drive up. Not busy at all. So I left and went to Taco Bell. I've been to this Taco John's many times will good results. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but they lost the sale. It's Taco John's, not some 5 star restaurant.

Solid TJ's even thru staffing struggles and stupid Covid. We are very glad they are still open after all of this stuff to stop for dinner Tacos on the way to the cabin and breakfast on the way back. Great job!

Good was great but the service not so much then I got far away and realized they forgot to give me some of my food so are called and they still for a little bit rude but how fresh and good the food was actually makes up for it

Loved the drive thru staff!! Longer line, but... the staff made it seem short! Food came up fast and out we went. Deeelish!! Washed it all done with an ICE COLD Dew! Thanks for a great lunch TJ!!

I have not had chance to visit Taco John's for a for few years, I was reminded how good it is. I liked the food my wife's was also enjoyed. Service was quick staff was helpful

Taco Tuesday was more like lettuce and a teaspoon of cheese. Of the 3 tacos we ordered, one had no meat and the other two maybe had 1 teaspoon. I know there are shortages, but really? Where's the beef?

I'm staring to get fat as I age and I decided to enduldge in some johns. I picked a nice lavish selection of foods, mostly on the dollar money. Everything was fresh and crispy. The cashier just left an EDM show before his shift and was very quick and friendly. I would return here.

I live down the road from this place and I do like the food they have to offer. 9/10 times my order has been wrong or missing or just made differently. Instead of consistency with good quality food and service it has been the exact opposite. Please train your employees to be more consistent and make the food properly. Also change your gloves when handling spicy food. My potatoes bites should not be spicy ?

I had a problem with an employee on December 22nd. I called the parent company 4 times. I was told the person in charge was out during the holiday week. I called a week later and the receptionist recognized me. The person was out. January 12th the receptionist recognized me again and would call the person's cell phone. 2 hours later I called and we were able to connect.I was informed nobody ever notified the person in charge the 12th was the 1st time during our call that there was a problem. This person covers 7 stores and is too busy to keep up with the problems in his stores. What does the mean for food safety? Food quality? If the management is too busy to care about the safe operation of its stores, how safe are the customers?I have been going to this store for 35 years. I grew up in the neighborhood. I worked for 15 years south of this store for 15 years. I have an elderly mother in the highrise behind the store now. Why return when the management is too busy to address a problem?
