Staff is extremely friendly and never mess up my orders
Ordered 1 taco stood in front of the register for 5mins while nobody else was ordering and the drive thru was empty. Eventually an employee came to the register and I told him I still needed to pay, he just walks away and goes back to cleaning. When the place is dead people shouldn't have to wait to pay and get 1 single taco. I noticed one kid making someone's food and as he's transferring from the small toaster oven to the grill, food is all spilling out of the taco. People aren't even getting what they pay for here.
What can I say I love taco bell. I'm sick, I know lol. They rarely ever get an order wrong whether dining in, picking up, or taking out.
Worst service!!!! Disorganized. They will tell you to wait in the parking lot and they’ll hand it to you but then they keep messing up the orders. You’ll end up waiting for a long time because others who were behind you gets theirs first. Second time this happened. Crazy!!! Go somewhere else.
Love to get a morning meal here and lunch. Great experiences so far, one side note is I sometimes don't get any sauce after asking for it. Other than that I plan on visiting this location if I miss breakfast or need a quick meal!
The staff is very friendly and typically on their game. I’ve had one or two small issues with employees trying to cut corners. I only noticed because I have managed in fast food for 10 years. But those were nothing because overall their quality of food is amazing. Everything is wrapped amazingly. You don’t get into your car, open a burrito and find that they were barely rolled up, or not correctly at all. Everything is wrapped tight, fresh and hot. Just check your bag for sauce. I offer money for extra sauces and stress how much I need. I often get no sauce at all. But that’s in the drive thru.
Order a chalice box chicken without sourcrem and accidentally was added but the ladies were nice to replace my order ... is just not fair that the dining is closed and we have to eat it out vehicles
Cold in the dinning area. Food was good, as usual. Cashier was a bit slow with change. Overall, service was good.
The food was good. The signs in the door say dining room open but the entire dining room is blocked off and so are the bathrooms.
I usually only get hard shell tacos and they're outstanding!
