I had a Ham & Swiss, Wild Rice Salad and soup of the day. I didn’t know what to expect but I was definitely pleased. I’m moving to the area and wanted to try the restaurant. I need healthy, flavorful foods or I will not eat them. My tastebuds were popping and I know I’ll be back soon. If you want a detailed description, just go eat there.

Delicious lattes and scrumptious quiche! Very cool atmosphere inside with seating on different levels. Kudos for having a bin for compost! Highly recommend!

A big shoutout to the barista behind the counter this morning at around 9am, you made me the BEST banana nut mocha I’ve ever had!!! Some of their food items can be a bit pricey for their size, such as the breakfast sandwich. But overall my coworkers and I love coming here for delicious drinks and pastries!
Cutest little Cafe, will always be my favorite. They have an awesome outdoor patio that look s out at the downtown skyline. Beautiful during the warmer days!And don’t let me get started on their food, freaking delicious. I have never been disappointed, make sure to look at their specials menu ??
Some friends wanted to take us out for breakfast, and we chose to try this place. It was PERFECT. Being the morning after a big snowfall, they were open with the outside walk shoveled and salted. The little shop where you order had specials and their menu posted clearly and nice bakery displayed... they have lots of nice options, many of which are healthy (which I strongly prefer). They even let me have a salad instead of breakfast (I had had breakfast and then shoveled already). My husband had their special quesadia and it really exploded with flavor. Our friends had the chia-flax pudding and pumpkin waffles - both reportedly very good, too. They have a huge selection of drinks. I had the blueberry-lavendar lemonade and my husband had their chai. Both of these were delicious and we'll be returning to have them again! Our friends had the tumeric latte and London Fog with almond milk. We savored each bite and each sip. We sat in their upstairs area and mostly had the place to ourselves so it felt very Covid safe. Nice art displayed. Clean. Relaxed decor. This is going to be one of our new places to go!!!!!!
Little bit off St Paul downtown is Swede Hollow cafe. They offer dine in & curbside pick up The atmosphere modern/vintage with classic jazz playing in the background. Which make for a cozy morning. I got the salt caramel latte & veggie egg sandwich.. Every bite melted In my mouth. So amazingly good.I will return quick & fast friendly service.Side noteWould come back in the summer season they have a cool looking courtyard.
Very impressed! My job ordered for pick-up. There was parking right in from for that purpose, the order was ready 10-15 minutes early, and the girls who brought it out were really sweet and masked up. The food was wonderful and fresh. I highly recommend Swede Hollow.
