I ordered my food with veggies & mayo on the side because I don’t want my sandwiches to be soggy by the time I get home so I asked the employees to fix the food the way I want it to be & she told me I couldn’t get it that way & the other employee was fixing my sandwich & just walked off & sat down rude & I told the young lady you should be able to get the food the way you want your sandwich to be I worked at a sandwich shop I know you can order your food the way you want it to be but they had a problem fixing my food & bad customer service she shoved my food after fixing my order & she stated that her manger told her she can’t give customers veggies on the side ??
This Subway has the best customer service. I had a situation with picking up an order that was definitely partly on me. Bree & Kathy were AMAZING in helping me get the situation figured out and taken care of.
Went in to get food and will never go back. Worker with headphone in giving people attitude.
Woow can't get better service than Liz at this location ☺️ makes the best sandwiches and always with a smile and love ! Bless her and whoever hired her !
Worst subway. Always gets online order wrong. And when I come inside workers don’t even greet worste subway and customer service.

I love subway. I always get one of two things, and they are fairly simple, no stress orders. I was a little annoyed that my sandwich ended up having bits of lettuce and banana pepper on it when I didn't ask for it, there was some cross contamination I think.
Usually I'm happy with the service here over other locations. But tonight just now there's a "new person" with her pants sagging at work and around food! Really? So I said something about it being inappropriate around food. Then I repeated myself 3 different times and she took out one bread and just stood there, didn't say anything. Mind you 3 people working including a m"so called" manager. No greeting whatsoever. The manager had the nerve to ow mad at me because I am irritated now. Manager has an attitude when she tells me the younger girl who's sagging is new. I told her that I had repeated myself over and over. The manager was arguing instead of using customer service. She acted like we were on the street. I told her the customers right. Manager said, and I quote, "not in my book".It was 8:30pm. If I hadn't promised my 5yr old neice who was with me at the time, that she could get subway. I'm so angry right now. Fire the whole crew that worked tonight. Very unprofessional. I hate bad customer service!
The girl at the register actually took my cash & while waiting for my change she took her phone out of her waste band & preceded to text, while I stood there waiting for my change!! Very rude!! But at least she smiled her very unpleasant coworker never once smiled at us customers!
