They over toasted my son's chicken breast sandwich to the point that it was rock hard and uneatable. Will never go there again even though the staff was nice and they had a great deal on cookies.
Zero standards. If the rudeness of the girl that made my sandwich wasn't enough, she had wild messy hair flying all over the place, I could see hair falling on her shirt and into the air as she made my sandwich. Disgusting. Couldn't even give it to the homeless guy with a sign at the corner. Threw it away when I got home. Everything about this store has been terrible my last 2-3 visits. They've made their last dollar off of me. Black employees need to be held to the same standards as others.. industry wide problem. Good luck

Subway has been my go to fast food for over 35 years.
I came in today with my family. Workers didn’t even greet us and glared at us. My mom ordered first for her sandwhich then proceeded to say what meat she wanted. The worker then said I don’t need to know the meat, I need to know how much bread in total. She was rude and said it with an attitude and then we walked right out. Never going there again.
Waited in short line, but wait time was super long. Because the alarm for online orders kept buzzing every few minutes. Only two staff that I saw working the line and Door Dashers were coming in and out. Workers were hot and trying to keep up with demands. It was hot the one worker was sweating buckets. I felt bad for both workers, so I tipped.

There was not a lot of people so the order didn't take very long for them to make. I was slow in ordering my sub but the lady was very patient and soft spoken. The sub was good but I've had better.
The lady was on her job I live my visit she was very politely with every thing she did
The subway itself is fine if you go in and order. If you order off of an app like door dash or grubhub the order will be wrong 50% of the time. I always order a BLT and have now gotten a italian BMT 3 times.
