Overall and for the majority of the time this store is great. Food tastes great and fresh. Midday staff are friendly and great. There’s been a few times when ordering online they didn’t have certain items or ingredients available. The first time this happened they didn’t call or attempt to contact me before I showed up to pick up. The second time, someone called and it was taken care of. This last time was very disappointing. Online order was placed. 25 minutes later I showed up at the store to pick up the sandwich just to find out they were out of the bread I wanted. There was only 2 customers in line when I arrived, both who had just walked in before I did. So I ended up having to wait in line and reorder my online order. The staff didn’t know what I had ordered. Pretty disappointing. Avoid placing online orders at this location because you’ll end up having to stand in line and order again.

Had the Blt 6" sandwich. Tasty, but needed more bacon. Veggies were fresh and tasty.Wanted iced tea on the 101* St. PAUL day, but there was none to be had. Manager did say they were getting ready to serve it again. I'm guessing Covid had something to do with that.
This is probably the best subway that I’ve ever been into. The staff in the morning / early afternoon is probably staffed with the nicest people I’ve ever talk to you. They all are so friendly it’s almost ridiculous. And the quality of the subs are excellent.

The two women working there were unbelievably friendly and fast. I was running late for a meeting and almost walked out when I saw the line but they were so fast it all worked out. Really nice experience.

I was over charged at this place and don't recommend this place at all to anyone. Went to a different subway and the prices were the same. So I was lied to by the employee at the store and over charged for cold cut sandwich ?.
Fast service, clean restaurant. Glad they changed the drinking fountain set up. It used to be awkwardly placed where it's almost impossible for short customers to reach for a straw.
