They have new faces, I've been coming here for a while. The guy that made my drink this morning made it horrible. All ice and no taste. What a waste, as i only come here in days that I'm dying for a good coffee. He was asking another girl how to do it while he was doind it. Please Starbucks train your people, i feel so shortchanged after already paying more that $5 for my drink i have to get another one

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location. Great drinks & excellent service.

By far my favorite Starbucks location. It is always clean and the baristas are efficient and friendly. Love ordering ahead and it’s a much more convenient location than downtown with plenty of parking.

Quiet, well maintained and underrated Walk with coffee to Harriet or Raspberry Island or over the Bridge. If only I was online and really shared that. But I think in real life, this location is underrated.Who doesn't love getting coffee when there is a great view to walk to? Yet 'everyone' stays inside... marveling that they don't need a laptop or their cell phone and repeating thoughts synonymous with their Mothers remembrance of this place, clutching their 'drink' and wondering if they have enough to do.I once saw a whole bike team almost get water here.Either bridge sitting area is great just 30 ft away. See eagles, barges, sturgeon jumping, the lift bridge, house boats, the ferry launches weddings the row team all for free. Or walk the new riverwalk. Or the historic stuff at Harriet Island. Or just sit and stare and stare at the Mississippi on a nice curved park bench on the island like 200 ft away under flowering trees. With Starbucks. Bring your brief case and get extra credit. If you are over 38 and serious about 'doing' something there like an outdoor team meeting maybe the Army will sponsor your next corporate project.Better yet they should knock out the wall facing the river and build a direct path outward more directly than is there now towards the river and benches to give 'people' the right idea of what to 'do' with their brand new coffee.I've noticed this isn't Chicago. It's like, do I take a Right here? And walk to a bench? Well, is there a nuclear bomb threat? And do you have wings? What if Chipotle needs a second location?!!!I know Canal Street only takes you there. So should the Starbucks entrance.

The baristas are friendly each time we come in. However, I’ve never actually received the drink I’ve ordered, it is somehow always messed up. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew came out horribly to where we didn’t even want to drink it. As a former partner I am very disappointed.

Interesting location. We walked from our hotel. Staff was great. We had a very large order. Discovered a few errors and they fixed it right away.

Always quiet and clean when I come in. The baristas here are so exceptionally friendly. Special shout out to Mark for brightening my day.

After a year of great service I have earned a lovely mug Ive had my eye one for months (use your app) I also got upsold into a deal I think Im not great at money but they said I got free cheese and a coffee cake! All these ladies and gentleman have been very kind and apperntly good at what they do thank you starbuckers!

One of my favorite Starbucks to stop at on my way to work. Need to give a shot out to the gentleman who helped me out this morning. You were fantastic and I appreciate your patience. The mocha is delicious.

Placed a mobile order but when I got there they were out of the drink. The barista was nice and asked about giving me a refund but the manager didn’t even make eye contact with me and replied to the barista that I had to call corporate to get a refund and that they don’t get any of the money from mobile orders, and gave me a sarcastic “sorry” to my back as I walked away. I know times are tough in service but other stores will say that they’re out of something on the app making it easier for everyone involved. Popular seasonal drink right now too, I wonder how many other people are going to waste their time at this store.
