Coffee was good and got quick service. There wasn't much queue though when I went.Shop is in nice location

I dread going into this store to place an order, whether in store or mobile ordering, it consistently takes them between 10-15 min to get my order. No matter how many people are working. I counted 8 employees one day and still it took forever. Morning crew, drive through is amazing though, everytime.
Super rude, inconsiderate and impersonal staff. If there is more than one customer in line, they are all overwhelmed and don’t know how to treat people respectfully. The menu didn’t have any details listed, so how am I supposed to know what kind of tea, frapps, etc are available? They told me to read the tea boxes myself behind the counter. The level of customer service here is little to none.
Be gracious and patient. This location is constantly getting traffic, especially at the drive thru! The baristas are miracle workers at this location.
Clarissa has super condescending tone and walks away from you as you're making your order. She will try to act like she is fast tracking your order only to rudely walk away in the middle of your sentence. I have no idea how much time she is saving.
Asking my name for an order in the drive through is completely ridiculous! Do you think you would mix up orders when cars are in one lane? So stupid!!!!! You're not getting my name for a drive through order! Change your process, seriously! In store I can see it would make a difference. Outside....NO!And how many signs of information do you need to place outside on the menu board, drive through winfow....Holy Cow! I counted 6 besides the menu boards. Again, it's totally distracting and information could have all gone one one sheet of paper not 6, 7, 8!!!
This Starbucks is always busy yet you never feel like you are waiting in line that long. I'm always happy with the service provided and the delicious beverages served!
Don’t waste your time at this place. They don’t care about the customers actually in their store. 20 mobile orders piling up for MIA mobile customers while in person customers wait.
On Thursday September 30 @ about 5:30 pm, i was ordering regular coffee at this starbucks in Valley greek in Woodbury. The Barista who served me got the worst attitude a barista could possess. I don’t mean to be mean but if i describe her, she is a white female and chubby. I love all the rest of the Baristas except this rude one. All my family members who are clients here also told me about her. I am disturbed by the fact that i am writing a negative review on my favorite coffee spot, but sadly i had to because of this rude Barista. A bad attitude is like a flat tire, it won’t take you far. ??
