More friendly than the usual Starbucks. It's a nice neighborhood hangout where people actually gather and have conversations. The workers are very fun and upbeat, even during a busy time they happily initiated chats with me while making a long list of drinks. Ample parking with a mini Target attached. Clean space with plenty of seating.
It's my neighborhood Starbucks. It's got a cozy vibe to it and I sometimes hear better music coming from here than in the adjacent Target. Sometimes there's a big dog there and it gets along really well with my dog so that's 5 stars from me.
I don’t understand how people go to work angry.. I understand that we have bad days but this lady with a undercut was angry and complaining. Horrible customer service
I was able to get a free sandwich which is super good and they're very open to me just charging a phone there.
I was the only one in line. They played a game of not it to decide who would take my order. Once I ordered, it took another 5 minutes to make my strawberry lemonade acting like my order was disrupting their conversation. I do understand having fun at work. It seemed like doing their job was a complete inconvenience.
I don't know if it's pandemic related or not, but visiting an "old stomping ground" like this Starbucks location did not live up to my expectations.There are no employees from a couple years ago, which was expected, for the most part. What was missing for me was joy or happiness, authentic or not. It just wasn't there, and it was obvious from my perspective that neither the employees nor customers wanted to engage with each other.I was not deterred and wished the cashier an "...awesome day. And an even better one tomorrow," which was met with the response of a blank stare followed by, "okay."I wasn't able to finish my gloomy coffee so I made myself a latte of joy when I returned home.
Service was fast and friendly and my drink was great. However they don't allow tips on a card and since I never carry cash I wont be able to come back to this location because I can't tip the barista.
Such a great place. Very friendly and hard working employees. Quality food and drinks FAST! Also, don't rush yourself, a nice little seating area as well as a little Target store integrated into the building!
Went in here at 12:55pm Friday 3/4/22 for a coffee. There was 7 employees working at the time in this little store. Despite having that much staff they only had 1 register open with 4 people in line, the girl who was working the register was training in that day so It took about 10 minutes just to get through 4 orders. A lot of people come in here on their breaks and before work so efficiency is definitely important.
