I had one of the sweetest baristas in the whole world today! If you go to the Starbucks target and see princess your gonna have a great day and great drink! So happy rn!
It said "Closing early due to staffing" on Tuesday, June 13, 2022 but the baristas still take the order for their friends but not for the other customers. Wow how "great" your service is!
Pink drink or latte or matcha tea I have to mention the underrated chocolate chip cookie with the pink drink reminds me of being a kid with my Kool aid and cookies you gotta love it

This place has really terrible customer service. The gentleman behind the cashier didn't ask for names when taking orders and I had a bad feeling about this when he also didn't take my name. There were so many times people grabbed another person's order because they had ordered the same thing. Someone had also taken my drink thinking it was theirs and whenever a customer addressed this OR asked where their drink was, the girl with purple hair was extremely rude and unhospitable. Everytime customers were worried about their orders being mistaken for someone else's and their orders taking a bit longer than expected, the purple haired female worker would angrily reply, have an unnecessarily rude attitude, and a snarky remark. It was very disgusting to watch and I'm never ordering from here again.
Poor customer service. Both stuff was rude and didn’t want to serve us.
Management here does not care at all about their workers' well being and makes you feel so guilty if you try to take a day off for your own health.
Supposed to open at 7:00am, and despite employees being behind the counter I was told at 7:40am that they were closed. No reason was given. Very disappointing since it was a primary reason I stopped at Target this morning.
I ordered a hot chocolate & it wasn't as great as I thought it would be but the blueberry muffin I ordered was delicious.
Terrible customer service and policy. Went to the Starbucks inside Target (University/Hamline) and paid for a Grande Caramel Macchiato. Instead what I got was a black coffee with minuscule amount of milk, whip cream and caramel drizzle. I asked the young man why my beverage tasted and looked like just basically a regular coffee. He rudely replied because it is just that, espresso/coffee. I asked him to remake my order and instead he offers me a straw to stir. Never needed to "stir" a Caramel Macchiato before. At this point to save time I just ask to cashier to refund me what I paid so I can be on my way.The cashier is unable to fulfill my request and asks his manager for help. The manager without inquiring why I needed a refund or what happened just informs me that since I paid in cash she could not give me a refund. She could only offer me a Target store gift card and not even a Starbucks card. I declined and requested a well made Caramel Frappuccino, which I enjoyed even in this cold February weather. Needless to say next time I need some Starbucks I'll just go to their real locations instead of this bootleg, poorly run excuse for a take coffee shop inside this Target location.
