Really good place to go There pink drink is the best you should try it, they also make really good coffee you should most Definitely try there caramel Frappuccino and the vanilla bean Frappuccino you should most definitely go there !!!!!!
Ordered a cold drink. Requested less ice. Given double the regular amount of ice (even over the level lines for extra ice) so my boyfriend requested extra coffee for me. There were five people working. No line. Two people were sitting on their phones. One person was cleaning. The Asian barista girl (don't know name cuz didn't go in with him) who he requested extra coffee from rolled her eyes at him, and passive aggressively exclaimed "Gotta get that LIGHT ICE" when remaking my order. I've seen a lot of reviews regarding the attitude of the employees at this location, and while I'm aware just how stressful a food service job is, a simple apology for messing up a simple order in an over staffed location that wasn't even busy would've been fine. Instead of remaking everything with a side of passive aggressive unprofessionallism
Employee gave me a lot of attitude for asking for water, would not recommend this location to anyone. Why gatekeep water ? Are you not getting payed by the hour..? (Ps. There was no one in line)

I don’t know why but it seemed like they are working to just make the drinks as fast as possible i see no reason why that is. My drink was made so fast it made the outside of the cup dirty

After watching the St. Patrick's Day Parade to its conclusion, my husband and I walked from Mears Park in Lowertown to Starbucks to enjoy coffee and a scone. This was a special little treat that both of us were looking forward to. After ordering, I wanted to wash my hands and was told that the restroom was closed for the day and to use the port-a-potties. What port-a-potties? There were none within sight of Starbucks. The big question is this: If Starbucks is open and its restroom is closed, how were the employees able to wash their hands before serving food and coffee to customers? If you serve food and/or beverages and your restroom is unavailable, why would you open your doors for business? Very gross. We threw our "treat" in the trash.
My favorite Starbucks throughout all of the Twin Cities!!! The team, Nick, Derrick, Tristan, Drew and Tammy are all exceptional barristas with the best customer service around!!! They make me feel so special each time I stop in. And, they make perfect beverages! I highly recommend this Starbucks! Thank you, team, for the excellent service ❤ see ya soon!
