I love the food it is tasty! I dislike SCI food purchase payment plan with cc (all the other restaurants within MN are accepting cash) give me odd suspicion on using my credit card for their food purchase. You can NO longer go inside the restaurant raise a red flag! Will not get my business because of this the kicker is I have exact change and they still wont accept cash! Be mindful ppl of using your card at this establishment ⁉️?
Asked if i could do an over the phone pickup order with cash, she said that they didnt do that. I tried explaining i didnt have a card (lost it, waiting for replacement.) She hung up on me. I ordered from there all the time in the past. I wont go back.
The ladie acts like we all have the covid19 throws food on take and shuts door right away.
The food doesn't taste bad, but they're just about the stingiest restaurant I've ever ordered from. I ordered BEEF fried rice. I received fried rice with a shameful amount of beef to accompany it. Shameful bro.
Food is good especially egg foo young any kind Chicken mushroom chow mein good not so into their fried rice it's not to my liking it might just be the one I had fried chicken wings really good though
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant I moved away and was in the area. They do online and phone ordering and pickup/take out, which is because of the pandemic. It's efficient and everyone working there is a very sweet family. My favorite and consistently chosen meal is the combo of fried rice, egg fu young, and sweet and sour chicken [which I choose instead of pork]. Their wontons are very sweet. I'm looking forward to when their buffet opens again - it allows you to try everything! But you can't go wrong here if you are looking for good Chinese American take out!
I decided to order take out when I was about 15-20 minutes away. I drove to the place for pick up- and wow what a strange customer experience. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a long table, several signs with very direct and almost rude instructions, a locked door leading to the actual restaurant and what looks to be a prison camera directly facing you. I was honestly stunned to see this, it was as if you were in trouble when in fact you’re just picking up food. The man greeted me and was friendly, I told him I was picking up my order, and even though online it said it would be done in 10 minutes (20 minutes had passed) he claimed it wasn’t done and to give them five more minutes. I live down the street so it’s not that much of a hassle for me- but I had only ordered an appetizer and some fried rice. I returned 15 minutes later just for safe measure, and it was ready. The man handing me my food was fairly friendly, was in and out very fast.Food was fine, wontons could have been fried longer.Unfortunately Covid-19 has given opportunities for businesses to do customer service this way, even though we’re almost 2 years into the pandemic. If a business isn’t willing to even let customers place orders at the restaurant, speak to customers through a speaker and camera , and pay in cash, it should be time to shut the doors/sell. If you’re really that worried, get vaccinated or move on in your life. The food wasn’t that good to make up for the prison like experience.
Does not allow pickup orders in advance if you are paying in cash.
Ordered online through Grubhub. Received the wrong food. Fried rice tastes horrible. Seasame chicken and General Tsos chicken tastes exactly the same. Not spicy at all. When I called to complain the lady argues with me about my order telling me the never get complaints. Wouldn't recommend and won't be ordering ever again.
Didn’t put any chicken in my CHICKEN egg foo young. I ordered via door dash so I can’t go back and have it re made. Super disappointing
