Ok food, I only eat here once a year so I can't make judgement on the consistency of service..
Only thing i get here is a strawberry limeade. Best I've ever had. Only downfall is that it is super hard to hear the person taking your order through the speaker. Not sure if it's a faulty speaker or their employees just speak to softly.
Not sure why they don't have any lights when it gets dark, they look like they are closed.Placed an online order and they tried just bringing the shake instead of the whole order, which also included a full meal. Not sure how you could mess that up looking right at the order on the screen.Food is really good, if you can get it. Definitely very expensive though.
Planned to get dinner and a treat. Needed to use a restroom but they had the area locked off and no signage or way to ask for a key if there was one. Also the booth I pulled in was out of order. At least it had a sign. I guess they are best for drive through. I left to bring business to someone with a restroom.
I highly suggest that that the employees ask the costumer to at least hold instead of not saying a word at all. I was literally staring at the drive thru screen for 7 minutes before being attended to. To top that off they gave me the wrong total also. Besides the unprofessional employees, the food was delicious. Loved the slushes! Food came out quicker then the actual wait time. Therefore it made up for the wait.
Really bad. The wait can be long, it's not always a first come first serve. The cashier tried to over charge me for what I repeatedly told him I didn't want, but he kept suggesting "I'm helping you save money", it happened more than twice. We only come here if the other sonic is too far and the kids are hungry. It's a hit and miss with the cashier, for good customer service. The food can come out in a mess.
The young lady who brought out the food was very polite but the quality of the food was lacking! $10 dollars for a chicken sandwich and fries isn't worth it! The bun was bigger than the chicken patty!! Also waited 10 minutes for the food so it was lukewarm at best! Disappointed to say the least!!
Food is good but its mostly the staff there that is the problem. Its a bunch of kids working there that just goof off and don't really know what they're doing. We did a mobile order, got to the stall and it said they were going to be bringing our order shortly. We waited there for an hour. We pressed the button to hopefully get someone to bring our order, they asked my husband 7 times to repeat his name. He repeated it then we got told again our order would be right out. Waited there for another 20 minutes and we just left. I went up to the window to see if there was anyone I could talk to and 2 of the young workers came out zoned out of their mind and acted like they didn't even know what was going on. Another lady came and asked if there was a bathroom to use and one of those 2 employees said they "didn't know" and she then said oh I'm sorry I thought you guys worked here" and they said "yeah we do" that woman had to ask another worker that showed her the bathroom
Wildly slow service. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves charging for fountain water is bizarre and should be illegal.
THEIR CHILI TATER TOTS CURED MY LARYNGITIS!!I'm sure it was just a coincidence. But yeah, anything with chili on it at this place is worth it. Also got a bacon double cheese burger that was really good, too. Took a while to get my order. But I'm not taking stars off for that because everything's understaffed these days.
