This place is absolute trash . The woman at the front counter was rude and can’t understand the customers !The food was gross fries were cold and stale and the burger was under cooked and they tables were gross and not cleaned at all.If you’re looking for a 30 min wait for garbage food make sure to stop by here !

I had a great experience at the St. Paul airport Smashburger! The service was fast, the nice lady that gave me my food smiled at me, it was clean, and the food was so delicious! I got the bacon burger, fries, and chocolate shake. The burger was so amazing! It was extremely flavorful. The bacon was crispy, the tomato fresh, and the sauces so perfect. I hope I have a layover at this airport again!

Tasty and fairly quick during light traffic at the counter. About 5-6 minutes (once ordered) with five orders ahead of mine. Two of the three ordering kiosks were out of service. So I needlessly waited almost as long to place an order as to receive it. The working kiosk was out of paper, so no receipt - problematic for some business travelers. $9.33 for a single-patty mushroom burger, sandwich only, no add-ons. Overly salty for my taste, but flavorful all the same. Not much to look at and not very big, but rather satisfying compared to most other fast food burgers these days. Nice beef patty with a crumbly, homemade sort of texture. No form-poured sponge-meat here, thankfully. In the end, I'd try it again, but there are other options to consider at MSP.Update: another connection at MSP one month later showed two kiosks still out of order but receipt printing worked at the end of my order. Turnaround was about 6-8 minutes even with about 12 orders ahead of mine this time arriving at lunch hour. That's very good for planning on a short connection. For about $1 more than last time, I got the classic burger with two patties. This would be my standard choice on future visits. Super juicy, fresh quality toppings and tasty, still a bit too salty. Next time, I would try to request no added salt during cooking.Overall, this is a good option when passing through. Quick and satisfying.

Please do not offer gluten free buns if you are not going to educate your staff on proper safety for your gluten free / Celiac Disease customers. I couldn’t order from the kiosk because it didn’t have the option for the GF bun so I had to go to the cashier and when I asked about the gf bun she was confused but someone in the back said they had one. Then I asked if the sauce was GF and no one knew so I just said no sauce then but they were very confused because their was 2 different spreads on the burger and I said neither if you cannot confirm if they are GF and then the attitude started. I wanted to cry right there. It’s hard enough traveling but to be given attitude when trying to get food when you’re hungry, not knowing if it will make you sick or not is just so stressful. I have to throw this away because I literally don’t know if they messed with my sandwich just to be nasty or not.

Why would you close before 6:00 when the restaurant advertises inclusives at 8? In fact, on Google it said that those business hours were just updated 5 days previous. There are literally five employees behind the counter and they're closing more than 2 hours early... If the business hours are going to vary, why wouldn't that be notated?? With that many employees, why would you be turning customers away?? A little disappointed at this and reminds me why I don't typically eat here when at the airport and I come through here often for business.

Closes before 6:30p on a Tuesday. I was looking forward to having Smashburger, as I like it a lot but we don’t have any near where I live. What kind of restaurant closes during the middle of the dinner hour at a busy airport?

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one star is because they were actually open when most of the other restaurants just don’t have employees or something. But after waiting 10 minutes in line and never moving, I had to choose somewhere else to eat. They were out of three different soda times, every chicken sandwich, and their employees were leaving hot food on the window. Of course, we can think Joe Biden and his stupid policies for ruining everything.

Not only rare or essentially raw… but cool to the touch. Website says they closed at 9 but apparently closing early and I was their last customer. I understand wanting to get out of there but food safety is important.

Best Burger I've ever had. I've been stuck at Minneapolis airport 3 days due to severe winter weather. Airport is very nice but Smashburger made it bearable.

This place is terrible. 20+ min wait for food. During a busy time the manager literally sat there staring at the employees instead of lifting a finger and helping. Quality of food was awful as well. Wouldn't ever go back to this place. ??
