Flavorful gyros with fresh veggies and grilled pita. The sauce wasn’t overwhelming and the lamb was perfection. I dislike the mixture of beef and lamb gyros, so it’s nice to know they have lamb only. Ordered takeout, and should have arrived when it was nice and hot. The fries were sad being taken home, but I reheated and the seasonings were nice. Kids meals I got weren’t the greatest. Again, I’m sure it’s better if you dine in or retrieve your order on time. Did not forget to add a luxurious slice of carrot cake. The cream cheese frosting isn’t overly sweet, and the cake itself is a delicious bite. I’d definitely one back again and eat in the restaurant to enjoy every bit again.
The hummus with chicken was delicious and came out almost immediately. My friend had an opposite experience with their curry. It took 30 minutes to come out and was pretty watery and bland. It needed more time, but what can you do when a customer has been waiting a while too. Everyone is short staffed these days, so I'm thoughtful of that. They gave us some dessert on the house, which was nice. Overall it's a very nice place with friendly staff.
We were recommended this place by someone in the area, and we absolutely loved the fancy hummus! There was a small mixup with our order and another table’s, but we ended up liking the food we got from the mixup nonetheless. The place was also decorated super cute with beautiful woven wall hangings and lanterns! Would definitely recommend
I dined in yesterday and the service was quick, portions were decent. Got carry out today and it is not enough food for one person for 17 dollars....waited twice as long, literally a whole family sat down After me and got their food first. 4 stars caused it tasted great and was made well and fresh.
Based on the 4.4 rating, I was excited to try this place out. I ordered the pita falafel with fries. I was pretty disappointed with the overall taste and quality of it. There was a lot of sauce in my pita, which made it hard and messy to eat (see photo). Falafel was okay; it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. Fries were also a disappointment... They were slightly cold when they arrived and not evenly seasoned. I don't think I'll be coming back here again as there are a lot of other places in the Twin Cities that are better.
Shush serves the best gyro pita I have eaten in forty years. My wife enjoyed her falafel pita, too.The service is fast and friendly. The food is inexpensive and servings were generous. The restaurant building is simple, comfortable, and clean, too.
This place is amazing! Food and service was great! We are about 1/2hr from here and have a Mediterranean place right by where we live but we would rather drive the 1/2 because it's so good! Highly recommend! So many different choices and the dessert case is amazing! Was hard to choose what we wanted because everything looked so good.
Cute place, fantastic food and service. Food is beautifully presented and tasty. The Shish Maza Mix is the perfect way to try a little variety of what they have to offer. Gyros and shawarma’s are very good also. Put this place on you list to try soon!
Ordered takeout through yelp and though the food was a little bit late it was incredibly delicious! The server was nice and the food was warm. The decor inside is cool-nothing too fancy. I believe you order at the counter and then sit down and they bring your food out. I'm excited to go back and try it in person!
This Mediterranean gem is a favorite spot of ours. We love the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Fresh ingredients, well balanced flavors, and everything served with a smile. Today's lunch included spinach and cheese pie combo (absolutely addictive), mushroom and onion hummus plate, falafel pita, and fries.
