I’ve never left a review in my ever loving, but girlfriend made me order from here few times so I’m mad enough to do it. Tacos are fine, but the service is beyond poor. It almost seems like the staff gets off on making customers wait, disappointing them, being rude, and if none of this works they’ll just turn them away. Who owns this establishment and how are you still in business?! Have you seen your other reviews?..

Tortillas were cold and my Baja shrimp taco looked small and sad, although flavor inside was decent. Got two other flavors that weren’t very fresh tasting.

Do not go to this Rusty Taco. Went on a Friday evening- they were clearly understaffed and did not have their stuff together. No disrespect to the staff, the manager was from a different location and filling in, but clearly his boss did not plan accordingly for serving people at this place. I waited 70 minutes, yes, seventy minutes for my food and it never came. There were many others waiting over an hour as well, constantly being skipped over so that the drivers drivers could get their 10+ taco orders while everyone else sat and waited. The staff were trying their best, but whoever manages these restaurants needs to seriously reevaluate how they manage their stores. Also took me 15 minutes to get a refund. I will not be returning.

Do not order from this location. They don’t update times based on demand and are understaffed. Ordered a few tacos and a kids meal at 5pm. Was told 15 min. It’s now an hour later and my husband is still waiting and there are many people in front of him. Employee is doing his best but obviously needs help and they need to shut down online orders when they are overwhelmed.Edit: half the order had been cooked over an hour before we received it, completely cold and dried out. Husband tried to talk to manager, who was completely unhelpful and did nothing to help staff deal w backlog

Very disappointed, thought I would enjoy dinner out tonight so I order here, my tacos came out pretty fast which I thought was kind of strange because it was busy , and come to find out I get home ten minutes later and my tacos are very cold too tough and soggy!! I ordered six tacos and all were cold took one bite and attempted to heat them in the air fryer but it wasn't worth consuming. Only pics I have because I tosses the others before I called the store to no answer.

We ordered 7 tacos around 8pm on a Friday. There were a few people waiting, but it wasn’t too busy. The cashier mumbled to the point we could barely understand her. We then waited over 40 minutes for our food, which was served cold and wasn’t good at all. That’s almost six minutes PER TACO. I could make my own from scratch faster. Other Rusty Taco locations are great, but definitely AVOID this one.

ordered 4 tacos was told it would be 5 minutes. after over 30 minutes I asked for a refund. decided to give them another shot today as I love the tacos and after 4 minutes waiting at the register with zero employees asking for my order, zero employees even acknowledged me so I walked out. if you work in customer service, give customer service. pretty simple. won't be back.

Ordered almost an hour before we wanted to pick it up. Food was 40 minutes late and the salsa was rotten, not just bad. RUDE "MANAGER"!

This location could definitely use some help. First time customer. Ordered 5 tacos and a churro online at 2:30, the form said it would be ready at 2:36. Got there at 2:45 and there were 2 people waiting for their pickup orders ahead of me & only one employee preparing the food. Eventually another employee came out from the back to help. Finally got the food by 3:05. Employee was very apologetic and gave me an extra taco for free after making a mistake preparing the cauliflower one. When I got home, I saw there were a few mistakes/omissions: 2 tacos had flour tortillas (I ordered all corn), I paid the extra $1 for the “stacked & Loaded guac” for one, but it was just wrapped in 2 flour tortillas with no guacamole. The ingredient quality of the tacos was totally good, & the churro was delicious, the employees just needed some more training to get the orders right and completed on-time.

2 days ago I ate at the Minneapolis location and everything was great! This afternoon I stopped at St. Paul and it was like a completely different place. I walked into several people waiting for their orders that weren't happy, but I thought, it can't be that bad, its in the middle of the afternoon. It was bad. I waited 8 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was waiting at the register and then an additional 4 minutes for someone to actually come to the register and take my order. During the 20+ minutes I was waiting for my food, I had to reorder a drink because it was missed the first time and listen to everyone waiting complain. I thought, at least my food will be fresh when I finally get it. Nope. The chicken was cold, the taco shell was hard around the edges like it had been sitting and it was so dry I threw most of the 2nd taco in the trash, they didn't put any sauce on it. The reason for this all, BAD ATTITUDE! I saw it when I walked through the door, I saw it when I left and Im frightened to know what my meal went through before I received it. I even gave a tip when ordering thinking it may help the attitude. I don't think I will be returning for awhile and I think the guy, with his family that was sitting next to me felt the same. Good luck!
