I was craving a BBQ pulled pork sandwich and this place satisfied that craving! The portions were perfect size, the small sandwich was bigger than what I was predicting. Service was a little hectic due to only two workers and a crowd of customers, but I can see why this place was popping!

I love this place I've never got anything from there that I did taste it amazing From the French fries which are awesome to the pulled pork.

I've been in Minnesota for about two years and they have the best ribs hands down killing famous Dave's and q fanatic

WOW!! Ordered through GrubHub. The best barbeque I've had in Minnesota! Serving size for the sandwich and fries was great. Meat was flavorful and tender, sauce was just the right amount of heat with a good flavor, fries were thick and cooked perfect for my taste, coleslaw was great I just wish there was more of it. Definitely order from here again!

I am a bbq man and i have to say that roosters is by far one of if not the best bbq in saint paul MN. Big daddys dont even compare. I am now going to go here when i can afford it. The chicken was even off the chain! check it out man

If you want cold ribs this the place. I received 5 little ribs for $21.00 come on if you want a repeat customers make you ribs ready to eat. The fries were hot. Never again will I waste my time. When I can get a 12 pic ribs from cub for less and there warm.

Holy balls this place has the MEAT! I don't even think you need teeth to eat the ribs or chicken. So moist, so flavorful, and meaty all day. Didn't really care for the cheese roll and the baked beans must be homemade. Not much flavor to it other than beans. Wish they had cornbread instead. But who freaking cares after the heavenly experience you get from what matters most.

First off…i want to say the 4 stars given here has nothing to do with the food. As the food was delicious. The problem I had with my experience here was I had never been here before, so I was “wingin” it. And in any event. It’s an easy problem to fix. When I go out to eat, which is often, I’m feeding myself plus 4. With the 4 being my kids ages 6-12. When I arrived there I explained to the cashier that I’ve never been there before and asked him what he would recommend, keep in mind I have 4 kids hanging from my limbs that are hungry. And it’s not that I doubted his recommendation and that it wouldn’t be tasty.. it was the cost. As it was some of the more expensive items on the menu. We were there for lunch to boot. And I wasn’t too thrilled at the idea of dropping a Hundo on a lunch for 5. I feel like folks in my or that situation would be better served if you had a list of “local favorites” or something. Something giving a newcomer to your business some safe bets on some options to choose from that aren’t the highest ticket items on the menu. And also a kids menu……unless I completely missed it. But I didn’t see one. The total bill was $60 for lunch for myself and my 4 kids-which seems steep for a lunch but like I said I’m a newcomer to your spot. The food was “bomb” by the way but I guess what I’m saying is it would be beneficial to have something in place for noobs that can help them decide what to get as well as maybe some sort of kids menu to help reduce the cost a bit. I’ll definitely be eating there again but I’m more likely to think twice next time my kids are with me, or just not eat there as often as I’d like. Great barbecue sandwiches and fries though. See you again!

Tasty ribs and chicken. Food comes fast and as ordered. Friendly staff

Simply the BEST smoke chicken I have ever eaten, and I have a lot. Growing up in Mississippi, and eating Memphis BBQ and MS fried chicken, I must say, this Rooster is the king of the yard. ☆☆☆☆☆
