Nice Location next to another popular restaurant. This restaurant is small with lots of high top tables. The Red Cow claims to have great burgers so I ordered the patty melt. It was good but not great. One plus is the different potato sides, I got tater tots, my companion got truffle fries. Both were yummy! Also, the chicken tender appetizer has several generously sized tenders, could easily be a meal on its own. They also have a lot of fun milkshake flavors. I will be back as there were a few other items I'd like to try and it's worth another shot.

We ordered fish fry carry outs. We each had two piece fish, French fries, Cole slaw. All was very tasty and fresh. Serving size is generous. It was very busy on. Friday night. I noticed several people picking up orders. Customers were waiting 30 minutes to be seated. All tables were full. I recommend Red Cow and would definitely order the fish again!

Today's luncheon was at the Red Cow, St. Paul location. Every person I encountered (from the host, server, to other wait staff) was incredibly friendly and the food was just as tasty as I had remembered it to be. I ordered the double barrel burger with fries and my friend ordered the Red Cow Salad with grilled chicken- both were delicious. This place has a cool, laid back vibe that serves up some of the best burgers (and salads) in town.

Their food always hits the mark! A go to burger spot for us. The Nashville Hot Stix are amazing and have a kick if you don’t have a higher spice tolerance. Also, i’m a sauce person and their Red Cow sauce and ranch is delicious!Sadly what makes it a 4 star and not a 5 star is the 10-12$ cocktails we ordered were disappointing. It tasted like a mocktail. At that price you expect a quality drink. We didn’t let it effect the tip of course bc our server was so kind! It’s a mixed bag what to do it those situations as sometimes places say too bad and some correct the situation. We still obviously love Red Cow and will be back for more great food! ?

Had great service but honestly I was not a fan. My tuna burger was soggy and barely warm. The Bulldog does better tater tots than Red Cow. But what floored me were the prices. $12 for a brandy hot toddy drink? $14-16 for our burgers and then a $2 upcharge on top of that for tater tots and truffle fries for each burger? With 1 beer each plus one toddy drink, our burgers, the tuna appetizer (avoid, it wasn't good), and the tip it was a $100 lunch for 2 people, no joke.

Came here with 7 people for a girls night out. The wait staff were amazing. Fried cheese curds were so tasty with a light batter and an amazing jam ketchup dip. It’s okay to skip the scotch eggs, we did not enjoy these. Brussel sprouts = bomb!! I have also never been to a restaurant that when I told the waitress that me and a friend were splitting a meal (patty melt with tots) they brought us two separate plates each with a half a sandwich and half portion of the tots. Also when the check came it was listed as a half portion. So cool. For it being a “cow” place I thought there would be some sort of steak, bit none. That was a bit disappointing, but overall it was a good experience and good food.

Burgers are king here. I had the 60:40 which has 40% ground bacon and bacon jam. The truffle fries with the aioli are outstanding. For drinks the Red Shield was a tasty concoction with cranberry, hibiscus and rosemary. The mushroom swiss burger was also good.

The burgers were more on the salty side. The first half of the burger tasted really good but once you get towards the end it gets salty. The cheese curds were ok and the wings were pretty good. The homemade chicken tenders could be more crispy as I felt the batter was just falling off.

Food is great overall. Cheese curds were light and flavorful. The 40/60 burger is definitely worth a try. Shakes were also pretty good. Nice beer selection and very polite and helpful bartenders and staff.
