Went here tonight and was pretty disappointed. The turkey burger smelled so bad like a can of fancy feast cat food with some and had the texture of refried beans. Burger was to salty to eat. Fries were good. Homemade ketchup and ranch were good. Aoili was good. I'm not sure we'd go there again.
I was quite resistant to trade at first because of high initial deposit. However when I started trading everything make sense to me. It is indeed the right amount to begin with. This is not the best Red Cow in rhe Minneapolis area, and the staff clearly doesn’t aspire to make it so either. The staff is friendly but it is very evident that they don’t see you as a potential repeat customer.The beer menu apparently changes so often that they need to use small notes as a beer menu (which we found okay actually). The bar tender was unfriendly and decided not to answer any questions but refer to the waiting staff instead (he was playing with his phone).The food is average at best even though we tried very simple dishes.We will go to another Red Cow next time, and at the airport we will pick another option.
It's an airport bar.They were open before others, which was good.The bloodies we ordered tasted like vodka and V8 low sodium, which was bad.But...they had a lot of vodka...which was good.So, 3 stars....cause I really just wanted something to help me get through an early flight and they kinda delivered!
Definitely worth the visit if you've got time to kill. Good drinks, good food, good service and it's clean and friendly. I always make sure I have time for thus place when I fly through MSP. Careful though, if I catch you at the bar I'll end up starting a conversation with you, haha. Thank you for the great service.
Easily my favorite spot in the airport. Been here tons of times for a burger before or after a flight. The 60/40 is the best in my opinion. Full bar and service is really fast. Can get to-go if you are tight on time.
Food was good- we got two beers and split cheese curds and a burger. Prices are higher (to be expected). Service was good. Only qualm is that 4% is added to the overall tab for “hospitality” but it doesn’t go to the wait staff, so you also include a tip. It would be better to just raise all the prices if the intent was to make more. Tacking on 4% without giving a clear reason of what is for is a bit off putting.
I’m not going to lie when I first decide to go with them I was super nervous.. not knowing and totally trusting someone you've never met with your money is scary but that was the best decision I’d made!!
