showed up for lunch to get a sandwich on a monday and theyre closed despite their hours online saying differently. If you're still having trouble with staffing and getting enough people to work for you then maybe thats a sign you should pay your employees more. We are two years into covid, ridiculous that you guys still havent figured this out, its not that hard.

Says their open online and will let you place an order, but they’re actually closed when you go to pick up. Has happened a few times now. Adjusted hours are fine, just update the site and don’t allow orders if you’re not actually open.
I literally got out of bed today just to get a sandwich. Show up at noon, closed. Figure your hours out plz.
Call before you show up.. their hours change by the day/week. Highly unreliable and very frustrating.
I went in a few weeks ago to redeem my BOGO sandwich coupon, but it wasn’t showing up in their system, so the super sweet cashier just comped my meal. Very friendly staff at this location!
Only open for online orders,today 09/02, I did not want to do an online order. The last time I walked in and placed an order, my Pizza sub was not as good as other PBs shops I have visited. If online orders only continue to be the norm for this locations, I will go elsewhere.
Top notch sandwiches and a clean quiet atmosphere definitely will be going back there again soon.... better step it up subway lmaoooo
I enjoyed the meatball sub. Staff were not great but not bad either just ok. I wish you could see the sandwich being made more as the view seems somewhat obstructed as you move down the checkout line
