PLEASE HELP ME DO THAT

Finally it’s back open I’ve missed it great service and great people waiting on you and spending lunch with your friends and family and co workers

Another customer took my order. Staff made my LARGE order very quickly, and gave a drink for me waiting. Peppers are hotter than I thought. Fyi.

Well I really enjoy their sandwiches and malts. I ask for a chocolate banana malt and it is delicious. Today I ate the Powerhouse salad and the toppings were good and the vinaigrette was bomb; however, the greens were not fresh at all. Sadly there were too many wilted and brownish greens. The ones that are gooey and disintegrate in your fingers. Yuk! I think they were too old.

Has given me the wrong doordash order twice now. They don't pay attention whatsoever. Took over 2 hours to get the right food. I am never ordering from here again.

Delicious sandwiches! It was our first time, so we had to take some extra time to deliberate over the posted menu, but once we decided, the lady taking our order was very helpful in orienting us to the Potbelly way of doing things. I had a turkey with bacon. The bread was grilled (mine was cut thin for less carbs) and the fillings were very tasty. We got two shakes for our kids to share, which took a little extra time, but was worth it on a hot day walking back to our parking garage for a trip to the Capitol grounds and a picnic lunch. My husband and I liked the sandwiches, but our kids weren't as crazy about them. They're used to Subway and Erberts & Gerbert's, which use fresh bread, not grilled. And my one daughter who tried the pizza sub ended up taking out the huge slices of pepperoni and giving them to Dad. Oh well. One day...

Customer service at this location was good. The food was fine. No complaints but nothing stands out.

Always good food. Great staff.
