Omfg yuck!! This place has went way down hell. Decided to eat some Popeyes since I haven't had it since the start of the pandemic. Omfg $32 on chicken tenders that are hard and the other order is mushy. These things have definitely been sitting for awhile. Not fresh at all. I used to love when they had good food. Won't be back cause yuck.
So disgusted at this location . Omg, ordered a chicken sandwitch & nuggets at the drive through, as we drove out, had a couple of bites on the sandwitch my husband said, the food was hardlly warm, so were my chicken nuggets. And this was 12 minutes before they open. You would think the food will be hot. Makes you wonder if we were given left overs. Next time this happens again, we are going to go through the line, return the food, are get our money back. I'm sure if our food was tested, they couldn't sell them legally!! We always in the past like this place and make sure we stop to eat here. Not anymore. Not ever going back here. KFC got a much better chicken anyway as far as I'm concern.
Very disappointing. Chicken sandwich Luke warm. Fries cold like they have been sitting in a warming tray for a couple of hours, soggy too. I got my food, pulled into a nearby parking lot and was eager to dig in. Ewww the bun seemed out of date also.This is the second time in a month that this has happened.It all used to be so hot and fresh. I won't be back.
This is as close to the taste of Southern fried chicken as I've found in MN. Prices are on the higher side for fast food, but it's worth it in my estimation. My favorite thing to order is the 3 piece wing meal. It isn't on the menu, but they will give it to you if you ask for it. The dinner room was closed when I was there. The drive through window was open, and curbside pickup was open. The employee I spoke with didn't know if the dinner room was close temporarily or permanently.
Glad we tried this Popeye's! Our recent visits to other Metro areas left us leery of trying it again. This Popeye's was EXACTLY what we remember. The food was fresh, hot and spicy! We will definitely go out of our way to hit this location when we want original Popeye's flavor.
This review is based on the most recent experience. The customer service I receive here is always very pleasant. The food is wonderful, always fresh and hot. Or am I just lucky? ? keep up the great work!
We go every other Friday and our order is always wrong.Last 2 weeks they forgot our peppers. This week they did not put our mac an cheese in our bag.And then attempted to argue with us.The manager recognized us from coming there and she said to give us our mac n cheese.The staff was very rude until the manager took control of the situation.Any on that goes there check your order.
Was fairly excited to go to popeyes since I never had it and have always wanted to try it, Yes I know im a weirdo for never having popeyes but what ever lol, so anyway got the food and got everything I ordered, the frys where not to good and the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good…. But then I woke up today with food poisoning and a 100.8 fever. Thanks popeyes!
You know I'm from the south so I love me some Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen Chicken so I'm always stopping at a Popeye's my favorite chicken out of all chicken fast food establishments love that chicken from Popeye's
