Lobby wasn't open. Just thought it was a fluke last week when I went there on my motorcycle. How do you eat while on a bike? Then again today, lobby is closed again. I'm not allowed to eat in a company vehicle. Both times I ended up going to Wendy's down the road which isnt what i wanted. Ick!As much as it bothers me to go to Chic Fil A, they are at least open...
Lobby is closed, no car, no food. What a great business model. Thanks for discriminating. You are loosing thousands of dollars from people not willing to waste fuel and the environment idling their vehicles through your drive thru.
Dine-in is not an option…Chose to go elsewhere so I wouldn’t need to eat in my car.
Driv-thru experience was awful, the guy was so rude, I even told him he was being rude and he got worse. He was so irritated maybe because my accent, he begin to yell. I told the girl in the window (payment) that I had a bad experience and she just looked at me and said “ oh well!” ??♀️ , no sorry about it or anything like that.Not coming back.
It seems like quality of the chicken has gone down a bit. There are more parts that get picked off and thrown away now than in years past. What is left is delicious though.
Absolutely horrible staff. Messed up my order 2 times. The after driving back to ger yet another another item they woman didn't belive us. Ordered 1 Sandwich, came up to the window and asked them to change it to a meal. They got me their supervisor to tell me why I didn’t say that through the speaker? And totally refused to change it saying you want your sandwich or not?How hard is it to change an order from a sandwich to a meal sandwich? You okay with arguing but not okay with doing your job?

We ordered a non spicy chicken sandwich & we got a spicy fish.They forgot our lemonade. The lobby was closed & the line was LONG! Our chicken pieces were good.
