Ordered a salad and it was completely wilted and brown. I sent a message via their website, but never heard back. I used to love Pizza Luce but the bad service is so disappointing!
We LOVE Pizza Lucé! We’ve tried so many of their pizzas and they *never* disappoint! Especially the seasonal specialty pies! (The Thanksgiving Gobbler pizza is something I still dream about. ?)My one and only complaint is that in my most recent pizza (the Spanish Chicken) I nearly choked on a small chicken bone! Where is the cheese? What happened to the flavor? I ordered a pizza with extras, $20 for a 10inch pizza and no cheese!! No flavor?? This used to be a good place but apparently speed takes over for quality!! Speed kills quality! There is a balance between quality and speed!!! I'd rather wait for quality than having speedy service!! I want what I payed for!! If I wanted fast food I'd go there but restaurant quality seems to have taken a break because of pick-up,!

We went there for Monday night trivia having never eaten there before. The food was amazing and I will definitely be returning. Staff seemed very friendly and attentive. Bonus, I now have a gift card to return as well as we placed third in the trivia contest. Woo hoo!!! ( Not that I need a gift card to return).
Stopped here for some late night grub after a concert based on reviews and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Open late, we walked in and ordered a pizza to go. Everyone was friendly, the general atmosphere was casual and pleasant. We didn't stay to eat but I noticed they had a great tap list and a nice, clean bar. Had a Margherita pizza in the car on the way home and it was steaming hot, delicious melty cheese, fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. 10/10 recommend for both to go and sit down. Hoping to make another trip to the cities soon so we have an excuse to go on a sit down date here. ?
Unfortunately the focaccia that came with my turkey pesto & artichoke dip was SO stale I can’t even eat any of it. Eating the dip with chips I had at home because the bread is completely solid. I hate to write a bad review but this is just so disappointing. Make sure it’s fresh bread when you call and order.

Hesitant to spoil the secret but Pizza Luce has amazing, cheap brunch!!!! One of the few places in the metro where you can get adelicious, gluten free brunch for under $20, or even $30. I’ve been to brunch at all of the PL locations and it’s consistently good food and service. I definitely recommend the gluten free eggs benedict.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was great! Our server and service was spectacular.I ordered a classic pizza as well as another one. The pizza was perfection.
