Two orders, two completely different mess ups.Order 1: sent the completely wrong pizza. Was told it would be 2 hours to get a replacement.Order 2: app said 60 minutes to deliver. After order it said 108 minutes. Phone rings for 5 minutes with no answer. And additional tries it rings for a little bit and then rings busy. Almost 3 hours now and no pizza and the tracker has said “making your order” for an hour now.Called corporate to request a refund. The local store has to approve and process it. If the charge posts and I haven’t heard back I’m initiating a chargeback and have already uninstalled the app.
Friday Night we ordered a big box pizza for pick up. I drove to the restaurant to pick up the order and made the mistake of not checking the box before leaving. The pizza was missing the wings from the order, all 3 sauces selected from the order, and one of the pizzas had Alfredo sauce which we did not order. I checked the ticket and surly this was my order, I called the store back to let them know this was a very bad experience and that no one checked my order, the Employee replied "it is the customers responsibility to check the order" I let her know the was the most absurd thing I have ever heard. The customer service from Pizza hut is beyond terrible, there is no one who will call you back to get a refund. The shift Manager Kong was rude and no one from corporate will call you back. Save yourself some time and go with Dominos.
I ordered earlier this week for delivery and never got my order or any communication that it wouldn’t be coming. I decided to try again, maybe it was just a mix up the first time. I ordered yesterday at 7:30 and still had no updates by 11. I tried calling the store multiple times where they put me on hold and forgot about it. I finally got ahold of the store and they said they would send my pizza out right away. It never showed up. And I got charged for it. I’ve called the store and the customer service hotline and both of them told me to call the other to get my refund. So I paid $25 to wait for hours just for a pizza that was never delivered. Twice.
We ordered 3 pizzas and it said it would be delivered 60-70 minutes later. Then at 90 minutes we called to find out what was going on were put on hold for like 10 minutes and then told it's out for delivery. Waited some more... at 120 minutes we called back and were again immediately put on hold for like 10 minutes. Then we were asked for our number and the worker said they would look into it. About 15-20 minutes later having waited on hold, we were again asked for our number and told they would look into it. Another long period on hold and we had to hang up and call back on a different phone. Again immediately put on hold for a long time and at this point we were told again they would look into it. When my husband insisted they finally said they don't know where the pizza is because they don't have any drivers and they send it through door dash and have no way to contact the door dash driver. Since our pizza was no 3 hours late they said we should just cancel the order. You'd think they could have told us this much siiner than 3 hours of trying to get our pizza. At some point we did recieve a delivery from some other pizza place called toppers but it wasn't our delivery and it had a giant hole int he box that looked like an animal had gnawed into it and bite marks out of what appeared to be some sort of bacon cover cheese sticks. Don't buy from them until they no longer use door dash for their deliveries since apparently both Pizza Hut and Door Dash are incompetent.
Terrible service. Website estimated 59-69 minutes for deliver and it took over 2 hours to arrive. The cheese from the pizza was all stuck to the top of the box, we got bone in instead of boneless wings, and were missing our dessert all together. Called the store and didn’t even get the impression they cared. Stated they would replace the items if I gave them the wrong items and pizza back plus a 25 dollar credit good for only 30 days. 4 hours later, still don’t have our correct items…
I was a customer of this pizza hut 30 years, back when it was a building alone on the corner of Snelling and Larpentur (sp) they used to be great even delivery was speedy but in the past couple years it just horrible. Delivery took more than 2 hours closer to 3, I called the store because the app said "delivered" and the person who answered seemed bothered because of my call, she told me "its in the oven" when it finally got here the pizza was cold, the crust was pale, kinda under cooked. The pasta dish was horrible but the bread was good thats it! $75+ for a meal that everyone would have rather have eaten PB&J than this. 30 years and hundreds of dollars later, I am DONE with this location and this company!
The stuffed crust pizza was quite salty, one slice was all I could take. Not sure if it was because of the meat (beef), cheese, or if they added extra seasoning. But it was too much, edible, but too much for comfort. The flat crust was great though!Edited:It was just me, It tasted just fine the next day.?Guess I had too much sodium before hand. Maybe it was the combo of eating their mini cinnamon rolls, followed by eating that one slice a flavor overload.
The pizza was ready quickly, cooked perfectly, and absolutely delicious! As nice as the other pizza chains are, if you ask me there's not a more perfect pizza in all the world than Pizza Hut's original pan crust! It's 8 slices of happiness =)

My order placed at 5:48 last night had not arrived by 9:10. I called the store and the staff person said she could not find the order, and agreed to cancel it and refund my $27.05. It occurred to me later that I should ask for confirmation that the refund was processed. Please confirm? BTW staff I talked to was polite, cheerful and very apologetic on what was clearly a tough night.
