They give you those things that vibrate when your order is ready. Mine never went off and after 15-20 minutes of waiting I went up to find my now cold sandwich on the counter with 4+ employees not doing much of anything behind it. They ask for your name when you order, you’d think somebody could holler it at least, guess nobody cares. Incompetent
Staff is very friendly however the online order is a pain. You still end up waiting 10 minutes in line to pick up your online order. What is the purpose of the online order if you still have to wait in line to pick up your order.what a waste of time.
The breakfast sandwich was good, but I'm pretty sure the floor has never been mopped. My feet were sticking to it with every step. Pretty nasty.
In the last few months this location has moved the pickup shelf to behind the counter, so you have to wait for a staff person to get your rapid pickup or Doordash order. Very annoying and I'm sure annoying for the staff too who are already hands full at such a busy location.
Chicken soup's portion size and Mediterranean sandwich's size was too little. Brought it to their attention but they it was their standard size. Roseville's Panera does it better.
Discovered when we got home that our order was incorrect, items were shorted. Attempted to call te store were unsuccessful, no one answered on multiple attempts.The restaurant will no longer be on my list of go to restaurants

I pulled out a pretty long piece of hair from my tomato soup that was blonde or brown. I called to get a refund for just the soup because I didn’t get the chance to eat it. The manager (Keith, I believe was his name) was rude and unhelpful. He sounded like he didn’t care about his job. I gave him my last name, my order number as well as my rewards number and he claimed to not be able to find my order. I then explained that I spoke to a young girl at the cash register who complimented my hoodie and then he decided to put me on hold and find my order. After he (hopefully) gave me a refund, I thanked him and told him I appreciated his “help” and he said “meh.”I still have the restaurant 2 stars because the cashier was nice! I love Panera but I won’t be returning to this location.
Amazing customer service! There was a disaster of a line the last time I was there and I was only trying to pick up an order I had made. It was so hard to tell which line was for what but this amazing worker saw me walking back and forth between lines that she came right up to me to ask if I need help. Once I told her she went around the counter and handed me my meal herself to let me go on my way quicker. I think her name was Suekary or Sakary. She was an absolute peach!
Convenient location. Great customer service. Food is made to order. Always hot, good prices. I will be back and I will recommend to my friends.
