Get it through door dash or other delivery service! It’s tends to be better and don’t go order in person or eat inside…. The times I’ve gone in the customer service is horrible. Some staff don’t wanna be there at all and it shows. They look, sound and act like they don’t wanna be there which makes me feel like I don’t wanna eat there.
The customer service here is great. I was indecisive between two orders and Yolanda explained the different tastes for each meal; which helped me pinpoint what I needed so that I could head out and get back on the road.
Terrible customer service and attention to detail. This isn't a case of being short staffed, this is just poor behavior and existing staff being incompetent. They only gave me half my order, said the other half would be ready shortly, but they just never made the other half. Avoid this location, there's a Chipoltle and Panera right next door where you'll have better luck.
Recieved my lunch today and I had a mixture of different pasta in my bowl. Ordered Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and got half elbow noodles and half spaghetti noodles. How can that happen? I tried to eat it but the two different noodles just was not working for me. This was my first time ordering from this location.
Five stars for the friendly service!!! Food is good as well, but staff is great!! Especially at this location!!
Food was good, have had trouble with curbside service, though. Last time I went there I waited for twenty minutes and then decided to go in and see if my food was ready. My food had been sitting there the whole time, clerk didn’t apologize or say “have a nice day,” just handed me the bag of food without another word.
Terrible customer service. The guy working The cash register was going back and forth from portioning up pasta to the register without removing his gloves. Couldn’t hear anything he said. The guy making the food was slamming stuff around and kept looking at all the tickets coming up shaking his head and mumbling. I placed a mobile order. I arrived when the app said my order was complete which it was not I still waited an additional 15 minutes. I don’t know that I would return to that location
I think that they have a good seating area. The line can be sometimes long during busy hours but the food is usually made quick. I enjoy the buttered noodles or pesto cavatappi
What a mess. This location always gets my toppings wrong or leaves toppings out of my bowl. What's the point of paying an extra $2.50 for grilled chicken if you never get to eat it?Maybe 1 out of 5 times this place will correctly make my food. Honestly, it's worth going to a different Noodles to get a better experience.
Rude and will not be back.Update: was told I'd receive coupons in the mail to try to balance out being ripped off at this location. Never received them! If you have self value DO NOT ever ever go here. ZERO STARS
