Best Tres Leches cake I’ve ever had. So delicious. Perfectly sweet. Simply beautiful. (I did not ask for any extra decorations, just white and simple with happy birthday written in green.)Frosting is not traditional buttercream. It’s more like a thick smooth cool whip (but better of course), which I prefer- to balance out the sweetness of the vanilla flavor and milk soaked cake. Absolute perfection! “Milly” I believe is the woman, she was delightful to work with and efficient. I will order again.
The birthday cake for my son was fantastic! Beautiful AND delicious! It was a huge hit at the party. Milly was a very lovely person to work with and very responsive to messages.
Milly designed the most beautiful 1920s inspired cake for our theme wedding . The cake turned out beautifully and was one of the big highlights of our day. And it was so delicious. Milly makes her own fillings and the raspberry cream filling, with a butter cream frosting that was just right on the sweetness , made this cake one of the most tastiest I have ever eaten! Our wedding cake was the second cake i have purchased from Milly and won't be the last.
I was excited to have millie make our wedding cake after reading all the good reviews. We scheduled a cake tasting. And when we arrived Millie had completely forgot and had nothing ready. She felt bad, so quickly went through ideas of what we wanted and said to come by next week to pick up samples to go. My now husband was going to pick them up after work so I had told him to call to make sure they were ready before he left and when he did she said she forgot again....and to come by in an hour or 2 to pick them up. They seemed very rushed and put together quickly. They tasted good though and we were a little on a time crunch so we continued with Millie. She had asked to have us call and and make sure everything was on track a week or two before our wedding day. We had requested to have the cake delivered to make things easier. Our wedding was at 1pm so we had asked for it to arrive by 12pm. Cake was still not there by 1230. My husband called and she said she would be there by 1245....luckily she was so it didnt arrive during the ceremony. I had my husband help her with the cake and when he came back he said the cake was pink.....I had asked for an ivory cake with gold flakes and real flowers arranged on it. I got a pink cake with no gold flakes and decorative design on the bottom of every layer that I did not ask for....the picture on the left is what it was supposed to be and the picture on the right is what we got....it wouldn't be such a thing if it was one bad thing....but it was one thing after another....definitely not worth the money and a constant worry and headache through the entire process...would not recommend for weddings
Milly did an incredible job with our wedding cake. It was scrumptious and everything we hoped for! 10/10 would recommend — she’s so easy to work with, her cakes are delicious, and she is so sweet!!

My son turned 21 and we wanted to get him a fun age appropriate cake. My cousin referred me to Milly’s Bakery and on a weeks notice she was able to put together a delicious masterpiece! We went with her recommendation and did the white cake with Ducle De Leche filling. The cake was moist, and the filling was so good! We got so many wonderful compliments on the flavor, textures as well as the design!If you are looking for perfection then look no further, Milly is your girl!Thank you so much for the fast, friendly and amazing service! Called to place an order for a small unicorn birthday cake for my daughter’s party. I called a couple of weeks in advance and specified that my daughter wanted a chocolate flavored unicorn cake and at the end of my discussion with the lady she says she is going to call back to ask for flavors and colors in which I quite didn’t get because the design speaks for its colors and I said my daughter prefers chocolate but either way she said she would call me and that if she didn’t I could call her. I never got a call but then again I thought maybe she realized she had all the details she needed I gave her the quantity of guests, date and time of event, and cake design and said chocolate, so maybe that last detail of needing to speak again wasn’t necessary. But on the week of the party I did call just to confirm and it appears she took my order off her calendar because she assumed I didn’t want it anymore and instead filled her schedule with wedding cakes. Yikes, what a way to leave a mom scrambling to find another baker to fulfill her kids unicorn birthday cake. Oh and not to mention if you are busy and know that calling clients back is slim then preferably don’t ever say you will just don’t bother with that detail it’s unprofessional. So for anyone who is in the search of a baker please stay on top of her because even though the owner states that she will call you, she won’t and she will just omit your order and then blame you, lol.
