Sure was great to eat there again after so many years brought back some good memories. love the staff now my Monday morning weekly stop for breakfast
This place is exactly what is says on the tin. A greasy spoon with a flat top griddle.I was here in the wee hours of the morning after dropping someone off at the airport. The eggs were over easy like I asked for, the bacon meaty, and the hashbrowns crispy. Service was prompt and friendly.It was simple food at a very reasonable price. Which is exactly what I wanted. 5/5 would come here again.
My First experience with this Dinner was amazing; the staff is welcoming, the place clean, our server was kind, patient and efficient!! The food was very delicious, fast and portion-wise you get food to get full! Their Denver's omelettes are like no other. I definitely recommend 10/10
What a gem in St. Paul for late night eats. If you're looking for some food late at night, this is your only ticket. There is nothing open after 11pm, except for Mikey's! They cook right in front of you, will cook it to your specifications, and it is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend their breakfast menu.
The perfect diner. Cheap. Fast. Good. If you want more than that there's a million places you can go. But this delivers on simple good food with good service even at 4 am on a Tuesday. And that is a rare thing to be appreciated these days.
The food here wasn’t really that great. The hamburger was basic and nothing to get excited over. The fries were just horrible! I believe they put some sort of seasoning onto the fries and it was just horrific! ? It was also not really clean in there. I honestly would not recommend coming here and would try to steer away from this place if possible. The only positive thing I could say about this place is that it’s open 24/7!!! ⭐️⭐️❌❌❌
Buyer beware! I don't remember seeing it posted anywhere, but they charge a fee to use a card. Something I steadfastly avoid, as that is "cost of doing business" and in today's world of debit cards you should not penalize me for not having cash on me!That said, the staff was nice and the food was good, but I won't be going back unless I happen to have cash with me.
I had this expectation that it would be charming in here. The only cool/historic part is that it's in a box car. The ambiance is off-putting. The workers are grouchy. Your clothes will be permeated with the smells of greasy, Low quality diner food.
Alright, Your girl (me) is from the south. One of the southern staples I miss is Waffle House. THIS DINER HAS CURED MY NOSTALGIC SOUTHERN HEART. The server, I didn't catch her name, was fantastic. She was running the entire thing by herself, 10/10 just for that. The food was 10/10 Diner food. Get you some pancakes. Hungover, sober, either way delicious
As an Australian, I recently visited Minnesota over late December 2021 and January 2022. I asked my partner, I want to dine in one of the finest diner in MN. Having said that I love diners. She searched and found this one. We both have dined there many times as we could count. This little gem is not to be disappointed. The blueberry pancakes are amazing with blueberry syrup! Don't worry, we'll be back.
