Got here at 11:50 and they said they were closed for the night. I told her I only wanted a large fry and she replied “have a good night” Really bad customer service.
Waited 30min just to try and place an order and had to leve caz i ran out of time that where very very slow
Not sure why I went had bad fries again quarter pounder was cold been at this Macdonalds several times before never had a good experience
I have been to this McDonald's on a number of occasions. Here are a few of my experiences. On one occasion I ordered a chocolate shake, wanted a Shamrock shake but was told they didn't have any, received a warm melted chocolate shake with a dollop of whip cream on top. I took it back in and received the the same chocolate soup concoction and just told them I'd take a large drink instead, as I was in a hurry, net loss of my money. Stopped in to buy a diet coke only to be told they had no diet coke, stopped in to get a slushy only to be told they couldn't the machine was broke, received a coffee with a lid with no drink opening.They receive two stars because they have always been polite when dealing with my issues, they just seem to be a magnet for bad luck.George Jackson
They always good ? the girl next to us they taking the food because we gir the Bigmac deal for 20$ they told her to go to number 2 parking and us parking number 1 she park at 1 and try to said she order the same think ? the we got but the guy ask for a receipt and she got mad she told him she ordered our food but the guy remembered us and order and didn't give our food to her people need to stop trying to take other people's orders get a job
Attentive and efficient customer service. Food was prompt and tasted great. Dropped my drink but staff was helpful and kind about cleaning it up and getting me a replacement. Play zone is open and kids enjoyed the opportunity the play when weather outside was wet and cold.
This is the 2nd time I've gone through the drive through with friends and ordered then arrived home and NEVER got my order but still was charged ? ??
i asked for an egg sausage mcmuffin and as soon as i opened it, it’s burnt. i asked for a new one and they said they ran out of eggs and they couldn’t make another one. it was disgusting. my experience here has always been slow. never go through the drive-thru here, they take forever, even if it’s just one or two people. they always have you pull up to the side for just one thing that should just be ready.
McDonald's is a ok restaurant I only like there coffee drinks an the delishous floors and.thete shakes .
It’s McDonald’s. Not much to say. The fries are good and the food is good enough when in a hurry.
