The evening manager is very rude and unprofessional....... But the morning crew are very polite very professional and they gets the job ??
One of the managers argued with me and was very rude when I made a mistake using the wrong card on the app and when I went through the drive thru, the chip in my card was not working properly... So I cancelled the order and reordered the food through the app with the correct card... Well, he wanted to argue that I had not reordered anything when in fact I had and I gave the girl the new pick up code. I kept telling him what I had done and tried giving him the new code but he wanted to argue and insisted I was wrong. I had a coupon on my order that could only be used on a mobile order so yet again I had to reorder for a third time, holding up the line AT THE WINDOW not being able to use my coupon or rewards... I was getting frustrated. He cancelled the 2nd order as well which I don't know why but after all this, I missed out on my breakfast I wanted because 10:30am came and breakfast was over. So, I just wound up ordering for the 3rd time in the app and used curbside pick up instead of going through the drive thru again and deal with his negative attitude. I have never had someone argue with me and be that rude.... Need to teach some people customer service skills cause if they don't like it, they're in the wrong business. This is by far the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. Trash everywhere..... Nasty attitudes from the employees, especially the MANAGERS! VERY AND I MEAN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF CARE FOR THE PROPERTY, CUSTOMERS AND FOOD.
Sketchy area of university. Lots of trash lying around and questionable people roaming. The building and parking lot is pretty raggedy.The girl working at the walkup window was very nice though! Food was as expected, nothing wrong there.
Getting the food was no problem, I like the fact that there was a walk-up door to order from. The service was nice too.
This McDonalds has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The lady with the small dreads at the walk up window acted as if I was asking for her first born. She didn't say a word to me and just acted like I was bothering her. Absolutely the most rude person I've interacted with.
I just went through the drive thru about 20 minutes ago, and I was shocked by what I encountered! First my drink was thrust into my hand no hi, no words at all. The MANAGERS were talking amongst themselves with the window open and her is what I heard... "I'm sick of being these customer's parent. Cooking for them, serving them, and feeding them... May as well call me Big Daddy D!" Wow... They think so little of those of us who are the ONLY reason they have a job!
Yall I respect the culture but this McDonalds is straight WRATCHED. Employees are rude the food is cold and you have to fight them for the basics. Place needs to get shut down ?.
Got our order wrong somehow and it's wasn't what we expected. Disappointing because typically they got pretty good frappes
Pretty quick drive thru service for coming thru right at change over from breakfast to lunch. Staff was friendly. Food was good.
Food was hot and line was long but went quick!
